Job Title: - Power BI Analyst with SQL Expertise

Overview:

We are looking for a talented Power BI Analyst with strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL to join our team. This role involves developing insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI, conducting in-depth data analysis, and translating data insights into actionable business recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a knack for turning data into stories and possess a solid foundation in SQL for efficient querying and data manipulation.

Must-Have Skills:

• Power BI Proficiency: Expertise in designing and developing complex Power BI dashboards and reports.
• SQL Querying: Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and complex query building.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decisions.
• Data Modeling: Experience with data modeling techniques to ensure optimal performance in Power BI reports.
• Communication: Ability to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• DAX (Data Analysis Expressions): Experience with DAX for advanced calculations in Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Certifications in Power BI, SQL, or data analytics.
• Experience with DAX, Python, or R.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in imparting trainings Bachelor / Master degree in any field

Requirements :

• Good interpersonal with excellent communication skills
• Imparting Training on Tableau, Excel,SQL, Python or R Programming, Statistics.

2 years’ experience building Power BI using cloud data (Snowflake, Azure Synapse, SQL DB, data lake)

Strong experience building visually appealing UI/UX in Power BI

Understand how to design Power BI solutions for performance (composite models, incremental refresh, analysis services)

Experience building Power BI using large data in direct query mode

Expert SQL background (query building, stored procedure, optimizing performance)
