We are currently scouting for Channel Sales Lead (Objectives):

● Responsible for identifying, onboarding and collaborating with battery dealers and distributors

● Research and identify potential open markets and seek out dealers to sell our product offerings (Fixed Battery & e-rickshaw)

● Monitoring dealer performance and responsible for Sales for Battery Dealer point

● Driving the team on assigned targets and productivity

● Creating strategic channels to meet the targets for fixed battery & e-rickshaw sale

Responsibilities:

● 6 to 8 years of experience in growing Sales and developing dealer networks, especially in battery & e-rickshaw sales

● Should have handled a highly target driven sales team

● Managed P&L and growth of a vertical

Skills:

- Strong experience in front end development (3+ yrs)

- Vue.js experience alone has to be 2+ yrs

• Collaborate with headhunters to hire and retain the top best talent.

• Screen resumes and job application forms.

• Help to structure the job description.

• Assist Hiring Managers to conduct interviews.

• Interview job candidates via calls and conduct on-site interviews.

• Ability to manages new employee relocation that determines new employee requirements and arranges temporary housing.

• Coordinate with the management and corporate recruiters to find out the details of staffing requirements.

Our client is a pet-care focused digital aggregator across various categories such as food, accessories, toys and grooming essentials. Their focus segment is the rapidly increasing community of pet parents. They offer expert-led online pet care consultation, training and healthcare services and products for dogs and cats, covering the lifecycle of a pet acting as a one stop shop. It is headquartered in Bangalore and was co-founded by startup veterans of whom 2 are IIM-Lucknow alumni and one is a Chartered Accountant. Our venture capital-backed client is funded by tier 1 investors and has raised approx. $3.5 mn in funding.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for constantly looking to improve the product by analyzing and benchmarking.

• Understanding user behavior and demonstrating the same
• Analyzing data, postulating theories, conducting experiments, measuring performance and reiterating
• Quantifying & communicating the “gap” as well as the gains to relevant stakeholders
• Carrying a vision for the launch and a drive to nurture the product henceforth

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation from a Tier 1 college(IIT, NIT, BIT)
• 3 years of experience in the development of user-facing products
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Product Manager
• Good experience working with a start-up company
• High sense of ownership    

• Able to create a UI and UX that would make the app simple to use and delight users.
• Firm grasp of the React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax including DOM Manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (Such as Git, SVN, or Mercurial)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Able to fix the occurring bugs and iteratively improve the app, include newer features and keep the app up to date with all the iOS updates/ libraries that will be released.
