About the Role
We are looking for a highly capable, creative, and execution-driven Production Lead who can convert scripts into powerful, high-performing video ads. This role demands someone who understands D2C brand storytelling, social media content formats, UGC-style videos, testimonials, monologues, product showcases, and performance-first ads.
You will lead a full in-house + freelance ecosystem of video editors, cinematographers, actors, influencers, and production partners—ensuring timely, high-quality output across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
1. Full Production Ownership
-Take scripts from the creative team and convert them into complete shoot & production plans.
Execute:
-UGC videos, Testimonials, Monologue-style ads, Product shoots, Feature/USP-based videos, Review-style ads, Brand intro films, Showreels, Short ads, reels, and performance creatives, TVCs
-AI-based content (AI voiceover, AI characters, AI video formats)
-Ensure editing, sound, transitions, branding, and storytelling are done to perfection.
2. Team & Talent Management
-Manage and mentor: Video editors, Cinematographers, Actors & Models, UGC creators, Influencers
-Production assistants & freelancers
-Hire and train new team members based on evolving content needs.
-Maintain a reliable network of production talent and agencies.
3. Creative Direction & Quality Control
-Translate scripts into strong visual stories aligned with D2C performance goals.
-Review raw footage, edits, and final versions to ensure top-tier quality.
-Ensure every video communicates the right message and drives measurable impact.
-Maintain consistency in tone, pacing, aesthetics, and brand voice.
4. Operational Excellence
-Prepare shoot schedules, call sheets, timelines, and execution plans.
Manage equipment, locations, permissions, budgets, and logistics.

5–10+ years in production roles within D2C brands, creative agencies, or digital-first companies.
Proven experience managing end-to-end video production for:
Social media ads & reels, UGC content, Testimonial videos
On-camera monologue ads, Product demo & feature videos
Review-style content, Brand videos & showreels, Influencer content
TVCs, AI-led content formats
Deep understanding of performance-focused storytelling for digital ads.
Strong knowledge of video editing workflows, basic cinematography, lighting, sound, and post-production.
Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong Enterprise B2B SaaS Sales Profile
Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have minimum 3+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS Sales, with a strong focus on end-to-end sales management including prospecting, qualification, solutioning, negotiation, and closure.
Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have strong hands-on experience in new business acquisition along with exposure to existing account management, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have managed long enterprise sales cycles (6+ months) and independently driven complex, multi-stakeholder deals from discovery to contract signing.
Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have closed minimum ₹25 Lakhs ARR per deal and managed a portfolio of ₹1 Cr+ ARR (e.g., 4 enterprise deals worth ₹25L+ each).
Mandatory (Industry) – Prior experience in Logistics / Supply Chain SaaS Sales is strongly preferred. Candidates selling supply chain visibility, fleet management, freight tech, ERP, TMS, or related enterprise tech solutions will be highly preferred.

- Performing exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer personas
- Creating specifications and content appropriate for the brand's customer personas
- Planning the editorial calendar and content proposition
- Developing content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensuring they are followed
- This role is 50/50 conceptualizing and executing. You must be able to not only ideate and pitch your own create concepts to your peers and management, but also work with a team to execute others’ ideas when needed.
Collaborate as part of a small, agile video team producing original video content for digital platforms from script to shoot to edit and delivery.
Create content for social channels, with a clear understanding of how users engage with social creative across formats and platforms.
Develop best practices and expertise around creating, publishing and distributing videos specific to various digital platforms, and train teammates in those best practices.
Qualifications / Skills :
5+ years of experience in a creative agency, production company, or in-house at a brand pitching and editing video content for social and digital channels.
Should have a proven track record of creating content for a company/ Individual.
Detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to manage your own time.
Can effectively cope with change, shift gears comfortably, decide and act without having the total picture. Cut your own way through ambiguity and engaging management smartly when needed.
