Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Type - Full Time

Location – Indore

Summary/Objective:

The Data Analyst plays a crucial role in interpreting and analyzing complex data sets, providing insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making within the organization. This role involves collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help stakeholders make informed business decisions. The Data Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Responsibilities/Duties:

1.   Data Collection and Processing:

·        Collect and process large volumes of data from various sources.

·        Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.

2.   Data Analysis:

·        Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

·        Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

3.   Reporting:

·        Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

·        Communicate findings in a clear and understandable manner.

4.   Data Visualization:

· Create visual representations of data through charts, graphs, and dashboards.

·        Utilize data visualization tools for effective communication.

5.   Collaboration:

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.

·        Work closely with data engineers to ensure data availability and quality.

6.   Continuous Improvement:

·        Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

·        Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

·        Minimum 2 years' experience in data analysis or related field required.

Skills:

·        Proficient in data analysis tools like Python, R, or SQL.

·        Specializing in product analysis and inventory forecasting, adept at transforming complex data into actionable business insights.

·        Top of Form

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Incumbent with the relevant experience of 2+ years as a SharePoint Developer with the given skills below:

• Understanding of MS cloud services.
• Experience in developing applications for SharePoint Online, and Office 365. Proficient in building custom solutions on SharePoint Online.
• Experience in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), ReactJS, and Typescript.
• Experience in power platforms like Power Automate & Power BI.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-premise.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and JQuery.
• Familiarity with SharePoint "Out of the Box" features.
• An understanding of SharePoint Designer, workflows, and Powershell script.
• High-level coding skills
• Knowledge of migration from on-premise to O365 migration

• Experience in Business analytics, well versed with sales/marketing analytical tools.
• Experience in business consulting is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, client communication, negotiation, marketing, data analysis, and project management.
• Good in Business Development, Marketing Operations, Sales, Product Management, Competitive Analysis, Market Research.  
• Experience in project management is a plus.                                          

• Regular at maintaining a timesheet.                             
• Will need to develop proficiency in Hubspot, Asana, Google Documents.
• Proficient in Analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc).    
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Google docs.           
• Excellent business communication and writing skills.                     
• Excellent at web research and educating one-self about different topics.
• High aptitude in managerial skills.
• Ability to handle the intense workload, pace, and training timelines.
