Responsibilities

Collaboration & Business Analysis

Innovation & Optimization

• Prepare and deliver project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and status updates.
• Present project updates and findings to stakeholders and senior management clearly and effectively.

Requirements

GenAI Enthusiast

• Extensive experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for automations, workflow optimization, and creative problem-solving.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering and optimizing interactions with LLMs to achieve desired outcomes.

Leadership & Project Management

• Proven experience leading AI-driven projects, from inception to deployment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Ability to bridge business needs with technical implementation, ensuring seamless execution.
• Familiarity with Generative AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) and their integrations into projects.

We are looking for a N2 Japanese Business Analyst bridges our Japanese clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include client needs, conducting business analyses and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate possesses N2-level Japanese, fluent English, background in business analysis, and 3+ years of relevant experience.
