Skill – Authorization, Clearing and Settlement

1. Individual should have worked on scheme (Visa, Amex, Discover, Rupay & Mastercard both on authorization or clearing section.

2. Should be able to read scheme specifications and create business requirement/mapping for authorization and Clearing

3. Should have Hands on experience in implementing scheme related changes

4. Should be able to validate the and certify the change post development based on the mapping created

5. Should be able to work with Dev team on explaining and guiding on time-to-time basis.

6. Able to communicate with various teams & senior stakeholders

7. Go getter and great googler

8. Schemes – VISA/MC/AMEX/JCB/CUP/Mercury – Discover and Diners, CBUAE, Jaywan ( Local Scheme from UAE)

9.Experience with Issuing side is plus (good to have).

Responsibilities -

• Build amazing web applications using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JS and more
• Work with a cross-shore development team
• Influence and collaborate to create an amazing online experience
• Participate in agile sprints with cross-functional teams including planning, daily standups, backlog grooming sessions and reviews
• Analyze production defects, troubleshoot systems, identify root cause, and implement fixes
• Work with third party vendors to develop software and/or integrate their software into our products
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Desired characteristics –

• Experience building responsive web applications using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience working on an agile development team
• Experience with building React component libraries and dependency management tools like NPM
• Experience with continuous integration environments like Jenkins
• Experience building and deploying applications
• Experience with unit testing frameworks, UI test cases in a Test-driven development (TDD) environment
• Working knowledge of implementing Accessibility (ADA) and Analytics requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree OR, in lieu of degree, High School Diploma/GED 2 years of professional web application development experience

• Banking domain, cards area (Credit, debit and prepaid)
• Excellent understanding of Cards and payments technologies
• Know-how of process mapping, requirement gathering, gap analysis, documentation
• Good understanding of following aspects of Vision Plus – CMS, FAS, CDM, TRAMS, Functional understanding of all VisionPLUS blocks, VMXservices, Various reports.
• End to end exposure on testing related activities.
• Experience with mainstream defect tracking tools like JIRA / QC.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Perform peer review and regular reporting on progress made.
• Must be a very good team player & willing to learn new skills.

Essential Skills for a Job Role:

• Looking for a candidate with having experience as in Switch (Online Testing).
• Candidate should have good knowledge in Acquiring and Issuing concepts of credit cards.
• Candidate should have strong knowledge in Authorizations, ISO messages and its data elements.
• Candidate should be good in transaction processing, merchant settlements. Scheme and Interchange fees.
• Candidate should have basic understanding of Merchant on boarding, ATM and POS device testing.
• Candidate should have worked in Online and Offline scheme certification testing with Visa and MasterCard.
• Should have basic knowledge of CMS (Host systems). How transactions are processed in CMS.
• Should have knowledge about Simulator configuration, setup and connection with Host system.
• Should have good communication skills and coordination with client.
