Role Responsibilities-
● P&L Lead - Build and scale influencers as performance channel rather than the awareness channel at Foxtale . Responsible for P&L of the channel.
● Growth Plan - Build a long term growth model for influencers channel, design quarterly and monthly objectives and metrics to be tracked and execute experiments optimizing for the right metrics.
● Execution - Lead the team, coordinate with the internal teams and agency, Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiate fair rates for content, and ensure the relevant agreements are in place.
● Impact Analysis - Analyse the end of campaign performance, identify successes and optimize for the improvements.
Requirements -
● 2-3 years experience in leading influencer marketing for any brand is necessary
● Prior experience in leading P&L and in leading teams is necessary
● Prior experience in Growth marketing is good -to have
● Experience in D2C brand and beauty/skincare brands is an advantage

Roles and Responsibilities
● Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social
media and display advertising campaigns, EPC campaigns,Organic content, and blog posts.

- Must have set up or led the project to enable Data Ops on AWS or any other cloud data platform.
- Strong data engineering experience on Cloud platform, preferably AWS.
- Experience with data pipelines designed for reuse and use parameterization.
- Experience of pipelines was designed to solve common ETL problems.
- Understanding or experience on various AWS services can be codified for enabling DataOps like Amazon EMR, Apache Airflow.
- Experience in building data pipelines using CI/CD infrastructure.

.Net Full stack/Backend
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and test new features (frontend and backend), while maintaining and improving existing product line, with main focus on performance, scalability and usability aspects.

We are looking for a Developer / Sr. Developer – Flutter responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse devices. The primary focus will be the development of web apps in addition to android and iOS mobile apps applications and their integration with back-end services.
We expect the Developer will have a broad experience at MESKYand will play a unique role in the organization.
He / She will be responsible for creating a hybrid application for both iOS and Android using the flutter development framework. This individual should have deep experience contributing to and managing full-scale production applications. The ideal candidate must display excellent written and oral skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organization abilities and must be able to work in a varied, fast-paced product development environment.
In addition, the ability to self-manage and work independently is a must as this role is a remote role.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Design and Build sophisticated and highly scalable apps using Flutter.
2. Build custom packages in Flutter using the functionalities and APIs already available in native Android and IOS.
3. Translate and Build the designs and Wireframes into high-quality responsive UI code.
