Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented ERP Functional Consultant / Implementation & Support Engineer who will be responsible for ERP implementation, user training, and ongoing client support.
Key Responsibilities
● Implement ERP applications at client locations
● Provide user-wise and department-wise training
● Understand and analyze client business requirements and map them in ERP
● Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for data setup and documentation.
● Prepare user-defined reports and maintain proper documentation
● Handle end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle.
● Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
● Work on modules like Sales, Purchase, Production, Inventory, Finance, HR, etc.
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Competencies

● Basic knowledge of SQL (ability to write simple queries).
● Knowledge of ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, HR, etc.)

● Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Eligibility Criteria
● Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
● Candidates with 2–3 ERP implementation projects preferred (for experienced roles)
● Good communication skills in English and Hindi & Tamil, Telugu, Kannada (regional language is an advantage).
Important Notes (Mandatory Conditions)
1. This is a 100% Work From Office role (No Hybrid / Remote option available)
2. Candidates must be open to travel across India and internationally based on project requirements (Male candidates preferred for travel roles).

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a talented Engineering Team of 8+ members.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and assist them in their career progression. Set OKRs, progress checks and do performance evaluations.
- Manage the development pipeline to deliver features on schedule while maintaining high bar for quality.
- Closely Interact with other functions such as PM, Design, UI/UX, Art, QA, and deliver planned features.
- Perform Design reviews, Code reviews
- Create a solid Tech backlog that involves modernizing tech stack, set goals for performance improvements.
Requirements
- Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- Should have 8+ years of professional experience in mobile, development using C++, C#, PYTHON, GO Lang, Javascript.
- Should have 2+ years of experience in managing teams, including hiring, mentoring and building strong teams.
- Shown ability to motivate teams and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE
THE ROLE IN SUMMARY
Omnicom Media Group (OMG) has an immediate opening for a highly motivated and talented backend web application developer, specializing in AWS cloud technologies. In this position you will be joining an in-house development team whose primary responsibility is developing new features and functionality for multiple existing web applications and day to day troubleshooting and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting skills and have proven experience using popular AWS services commonly used to build serverless web application architectures. Candidates are expected to have strong knowledge of AWS API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB and Python programming. Familiarity with Cloud infrastructure as code frameworks, such as Serverless Framework, Terraform or CloudFormation, etc. is also required. Excellent English communication skills are a must as you will be a part of a team working alongside our primary development team in addition to several business analysis and project managers. 5+ years of prior backend and Cloud web application and software development experience required.
