Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Automation QA Engineer with expertise in Cypress for end-

to-end testing of web and application platforms in the banking domain. The ideal

candidate will focus on automating front-end and back-end testing, ensuring system

reliability and performance.

Note:

Must-Have Skills:

5+ years of experience in automation testing.

Proficiency in Cypress, Selenium, and Cucumber for web and application testing.

Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger, or similar tools).

Strong knowledge of testing front-end technologies.

Proficiency in scripting with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.

Exposure to database testing with tools like SQL or Oracle.

Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and version control (e.g., Git).

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with containerized environments like OpenShift or Kubernetes.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab Cl, Azure DevOps).

Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).

Experience in the banking domain with regulatory compliance testing.

QUALIFICATIONS ANS SKILLS:

BSc/BA in Computer Science, BCA, Engineering or a related field

1-3 years of web development experience.

Relevant E-com industry Experience.

Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and test applications for websites.

Maintaining the appearance of websites

Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.

Maintain and update websites

Troubleshoot website problems.

Around 4 years of experience in creating and implementing Web-based products using REST

API, Node.js, Angular/ React, any database MySQL or No SQL.

Ability to work in an Agile, fast-paced environment, and learn rapidly.

Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering or similar.

Experience creating front end applications using HTML5, Angular, LESS/SASS

Hands-on experience with JavaScript Development on both client and server-side

Experience with modern frameworks and design patterns, minimum two-year experience

with MEAN Full stack paradigm

Experience with cloud technologies is a plus

Writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.

Must have knowledge of project/task management tools like Jira

Familiarity with Version Control tools like Bitbucket, Git etc..

Basic Knowledge or experience in Testing (Unit and functional) preferred.

Build features and applications with responsive design

Understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards.

Good English communication skills, written and spoken.

Able to work with minimum supervision as well as perform under pressure and meet

Deadlines.

Able to work from our office in Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore.

• 8+ years of experience building Web applications, APIs, Service based platforms
• Excellent command on Java/J2EE and/or Spring/Hibernate
• Strong command over REST based services and micro-services
• Good knowledge of databases such as MySQL
• Good knowledge of creating and maintaining Dev ops infrastructure on AWS or similar platforms
• Good knowledge of code repo software such as git and build management tools

Should have delivered successful end-to-end development to deployment experience on Web applications and Api’sin last 4-12 years

·         Extensive experience with C#, .Net Core, Web API, Oops, Design patterns & principles.

·         Experience in MySQL is a must and added advantage to have knowledge of NOSQL database.

·         Extensive experience in writing rest full API

·         Experience in using version controls such as GIT, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery

·         1-2 year of experience in Angular 2/4/5/6/7/8/9/10/11/12, Typescript, JavaScript, and Bootstrap with Restful API’s is a plus
