Hiring for Web /Graphic Designer with 1 to 3 years. Location : BangaloreOffice Timings: 10:00AM to 7:00PM Monday through Saturday. Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. 

 

Responsibilities

• Interacting with various internal stakeholders to understand their campaign, goals, and desired deliverables
• Turning ideas into a comprehensive creative brief
• Thinking creatively to generate visuals that connect with an audience
• Working with different mediums and identifying the best option for each project
• Understanding of various formats used across various Social Media Platforms
• Using computer-aided design (CAD) and software like InDesign to generate visuals
• Working on layouts and the overall presentation of a campaign
• Coordinating with other creatives like artists or photographers for necessary elements
• Adapting layouts into various sizes and formats for digital marketing

• Providing files to necessary vendors like a printer or web designer 

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Photoshop and After-effects

 

- Good understanding of Web/App designing/mockups/wireframing

- Hands on experience of Photoshop, XD, Figma/Webflow or similar designing tools

- Good understanding of designing best practices for website optimization, ui/ux, responsive layout and PWA

- Hands on experience of creating html pages out of design using HTML/CSS/Bootstrap/jQuery

- Ability to write, debug and test scripting languages like JavaScript and jQuery

- Good understanding of designing website as per best practices (ie. benchmarking by GooglePageSpeed/GTMetrix etc.)
