About the Role
SwitchKart is on a mission to make technology more accessible and more sustainable — we're in the business of recommerce, giving old smartphones a second life, cutting down e-waste, and extending the lifecycle of every device we touch.
We're looking for a Graphics Designer & Video Editor to bring our brand to life visually — across social content, marketplace creatives, website assets, and everything in between. You'll work closely with our content and marketing team, turning ideas into scroll-stopping visuals and edits.
What You'll Do
• Design Graphics: Create static creatives for Instagram, ads, landing pages, and marketplace listings — on-brand, consistent, and built to convert.
• Edit Video Content: Edit short-form video (Reels, YouTube Shorts) from raw footage — pacing, captions, sound design, and visual polish.
• Support Campaigns: Turn campaign briefs (performance marketing, influencer collabs, brand content) into finished creative assets, quickly.
• Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure every asset — design or video — stays true to SwitchKart's visual identity and tone.
• Collaborate Closely: Work with the content, social, and performance marketing teams to understand what each asset needs to achieve.
• Manage Turnaround: Juggle multiple design and edit requests at once, prioritising based on urgency and impact.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and/or video editing
• Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma)
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut)
• Strong sense of visual composition, typography, and pacing
• Ability to work across multiple formats — static, motion, short-form video
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
Good to Have
• Experience with motion graphics (After Effects)
• Portfolio of social-first content (Reels/Shorts)
• Experience designing for performance marketing (ads, landing pages)
• Basic understanding of platform-specific formats (Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
Why SwitchKart
• Your visuals will directly shape how people see and experience the brand.
• Work across a genuinely varied mix of formats — design, video, campaigns.
• Fast-moving team where your work ships quickly and gets seen.
• Real creative ownership on a growing brand.

About SwitchKart
About
in drawers, sold to grey markets, or worse, dismantled without proper disposal. Meanwhile, hundreds of millions of people lack access to the quality devices that would transform their lives.
SwitchKart exists at the intersection of these two realities. We are a recommerce company with a singular belief: a quality device already exists for everyone — it just hasn't reached them yet.
We build the infrastructure, trust, and supply chain to give every device a second life — and get it into the hands of someone who needs it most. Our work spans device sourcing, grading, certified refurbishment, and distribution — creating a closed-loop system that keeps electronics in use, out of landfills, and in the service of real people.
This is recommerce with purpose. This is the circular economy in practice.

Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Growth & Sales · Remote · Full-time
We're hiring our next SDR to build Lobox's outbound engine from the ground up — not to work a script someone else wrote three years ago.
Lobox is a SaaS platform built for the people who do the hiring: HR leaders, founders, and hiring managers. You'll be the first conversation those people have with us. That means the quality of your outreach directly shapes how the market sees the brand, and the pipeline you build directly shapes what the company can sell next quarter.
This is a high-ownership seat on a small team. There's no layer of process between you and the decisions — if a channel isn't working, you'll say so, and we'll change it.
What you'll do
Research and identify B2B accounts that fit our hiring-focused ICP
Run outbound across LinkedIn, cold calls, and email — and tell us which one is actually working
Start real conversations with HR leaders, founders, and hiring managers
Qualify prospects against their hiring needs and business fit
Book qualified product demos for our AEs and sales leadership
Keep CRM and Jira records clean enough that the whole team can trust the pipeline numbers
Hit monthly meeting-booking and pipeline targets
Work directly with Growth to sharpen messaging, sequences, and targeting
What you'll be measured on
We'd rather be upfront about this than surprise you in month two:
Qualified meetings booked
Opportunities generated and pipeline value created
Outreach volume across calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Meeting-to-opportunity conversion rate
CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy
What we're looking for
2–3 years in B2B SaaS sales as an SDR, BDR, or Business Development Representative/Executive
Real outbound experience — you've picked up the phone to strangers and kept going after the first ten no's
Excellent spoken and written English — you'll be talking to founders and senior HR leaders
CRM discipline — you log the work without being chased
A learning attitude. After training, you should be comfortable delivering a confident 15-minute product demo.
A startup mindset — you're motivated by ambiguity and ownership, not by a playbook handed to you
Nice to have.
Experience selling into HR, recruitment, or talent teams
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Jira, or comfort working in a ticket-based workflow
AI productivity tools in your daily outbound stack
Why join Lobox
Ground-floor pipeline ownership. You're building the outbound motion, not maintaining it.
Direct access to leadership. Your final interview is with our founder — and that's roughly how often you'll talk to leadership once you're here.
Fully remote, India-based team. Kolkata preferred so we can meet up, but not required.
A clear path forward. SDRs who consistently generate qualified pipeline are the obvious internal candidates for AE and senior SDR roles as the team grows.
Our hiring process
Intro screen — a call to talk through your background, communication, and how you think about outbound
Interview (Google Meet, video on) — sales approach, discovery, objection handling, and where you want your career to go
Final conversation with our founder — team and culture fit, compensation, and offer
We move fast and we'll tell you where you stand at every step.
