About the Role
SwitchKart is on a mission to make technology more accessible and more sustainable — we're in the business of recommerce, giving old smartphones a second life, cutting down e-waste, and extending the lifecycle of every device we touch.
SwitchKart is scaling fast and we need someone who can drive measurable growth through paid channels. This is a hands-on, high-ownership performance marketing role — one person managing the full paid ecosystem across Meta, Google, YouTube, and influencer partnerships.
You'll drive both sides of the business: getting people to sell their old phones to us, and getting buyers for our refurbished phones. You will own the funnel from ad to landing page to lead — and optimise relentlessly until the numbers work.
What You'll Do
• Own Paid Campaigns End-to-End: Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search & Display), and YouTube (pre-roll and sponsored content). From strategy to daily execution — this is your domain.
• Drive Procurement: Design and run campaigns with a singular focus: getting consumers to submit a phone selling request on the SwitchKart landing page. Every rupee spent is accountable to a CPL and CPA target.
• Build and Manage the Retargeting Layer: Set up and continuously optimise retargeting campaigns for users who visited the landing page but did not convert. Keep SwitchKart top of mind and nudge warm audiences toward action.
• Manage Influencer Performance Campaigns: Identify, onboard, and manage paid influencer collaborations across tech YouTubers, unboxing creators, lifestyle creators, and gaming influencers. Track performance and hold every collaboration accountable to results.
• Run Geo-Targeted Campaigns: Manage geo-targeted campaigns in select regions to drive brand awareness and footfall to SwitchKart partner stores. Different audience, different message, different KPIs.
• Own the Landing Page Funnel: Work closely with the team to optimise the landing page experience. You are responsible for what happens after the click — not just before it.
• Report and Iterate: Build clear, regular reporting on campaign performance. Know what is working, kill what is not, and double down on what drives results.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
• 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience — you have managed budgets and owned CPL/CPA targets
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting
• Experience with YouTube advertising — pre-roll and sponsored content formats
• Strong understanding of retargeting strategies and pixel/tag setup
• Comfortable with attribution and tracking performance across channels
• Analytical mindset — you are comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and channels simultaneously without dropping the ball
Good to Have
• Experience managing influencer performance campaigns
• Familiarity with geo-targeted campaigns for diverse audiences
• Experience in consumer internet, marketplace, or e-commerce brands
• Working knowledge of landing page optimisation and A/B testing
• Exposure to regional language ad creatives

• Cost per Lead (CPL) — procurement campaigns
• Cost per Acquisition (CPA) — phone selling conversions
• Landing page visit volume and conversion rate
• Retargeting campaign performance — warm audience conversion
• Influencer-driven conversions
• Regional campaign reach and partner store footfall (secondary)

We are looking for someone who gets culture, has a sharp sense of humour, and can make everyday content feel genuinely entertaining.
You will be SwitchKart's brand face who grows into the voice of the brand over time. This is not a traditional marketing role. You are a creator first. You will build SwitchKart's presence across Instagram and YouTube Shorts, collaborate with influencers, and show up in cultural spaces where our audience spends their time. Along the way, you'll find fun, interesting ways to educate people — making them think differently about what happens to their old devices, and why it matters.
What You'll Do
• Be the Brand Voice: Develop and own SwitchKart's social media personality — witty, savvy, humorous, and relatable. You are the everyday person who just gets it.
• Create Content: Ideate and produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. The content universe will evolve — you will help shape it.
• Drive the Core Message: Make 'selling your old phone to SwitchKart' feel like the obvious, smart move. Find fresh, entertaining angles to say this without ever sounding like an ad.
• Influencer Collaborations: Identify and work with tech YouTubers, unboxing creators, lifestyle creators, gaming influencers, and comedy-adjacent personalities. Build real creative partnerships, not transactional ones.
• Cultural Sponsorships: Help activate SwitchKart's presence at standup comedy shows, gaming events, podcast sponsorships, and college campus activations. Show up where the audience already is.
• Grow the Channel: Own the Instagram and YouTube Shorts channel — track performance, understand what works, and constantly iterate on content strategy.
• Evolve the Brand: As the face of SwitchKart's identity, you will have real input into how the brand looks, sounds, and behaves online.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
• A genuine sense of humour — you can find the funny in the everyday
• Strong instinct for short-form video — you understand what makes people stop scrolling
• Comfortable being on camera and directing content
• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or similar
• Deep familiarity with Instagram and YouTube — you live on these platforms
• Ability to ideate, shoot, and edit independently
• Strong written and spoken communication in English and/or Hindi
Good to Have
• An existing social media presence or portfolio of video content
• Experience working with or alongside influencers
• Understanding of brand collaborations and sponsored content
• Familiarity with the southern cities cultural landscape
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help us build and scale the ecosystem of platforms powering this mission — from our procurement app to our retailer app, pricing engines, and warranty systems. You'll take ownership of complex features end-to-end, mentor junior engineers, and make architectural decisions that shape how we grow.
What You'll Do
• Own Features End-to-End: Design, build, and ship full stack features across our procurement, retailer, pricing, and warranty platforms — from database schema to UI polish.
• Drive Architecture: Make key technical decisions on system design, scalability, and code structure as our ecosystem of apps grows.
• Build AI-First: Design and build systems with AI at the core — not bolted on. Think about where AI can automate, assist, or enhance the products you're building from day one.
• Build Scalable Architecture: Build and monitor a highly performant, failure-resistant platform — we take pride in doing this with a small, high-ownership team.
• Automate and Integrate: Develop tools that automate our integration processes and build data pipelines across our app ecosystem.
• Foster Technical Excellence: Champion unit and integration testing and lead meaningful code reviews across the team.
• Prototype and Validate: Create interactive prototypes to prove out technical concepts and participate in pilots for new initiatives.
• Mentor the Team: Guide junior developers through code reviews, pairing, and technical direction.
• Report Upward: Provide regular updates to management on milestones, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product and design to translate requirements into robust technical solutions across multiple products.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
• 4+ years of full stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in React and Node.js
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL — schema design, query optimisation
• Experience designing and scaling production systems
• Experience deploying and managing applications on a cloud platform (AWS/GCP or similar)
• Comfortable owning a feature from concept to deployment
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
• Experience mentoring or leading junior engineers
• Track record of driving scalability and time-to-market in past cloud architecture decisions
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Docker, NoSQL databases, or distributed caching
• Experience integrating third-party REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience in a fast-moving startup environment
