## What You'll Be Creating

As our Graphic Designer, you'll transform ideas into engaging visuals that captivate children, parents, and educators.

You'll:

•⁠  Design eye-catching graphics for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.

•⁠ ⁠Create fun and engaging educational worksheets, classroom resources, presentations, activity sheets, posters, brochures, and event creatives.

•⁠ ⁠Develop creative concepts that bring our brand and learning experiences to life.

•⁠ ⁠ Maintain a consistent visual identity across all online and offline platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the marketing, content, and academic teams to turn ideas into impactful designs.

•⁠ ⁠ Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines without compromising creativity.

•⁠ ⁠ Stay ahead of design trends and continuously introduce fresh, innovative ideas.

## What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is equal parts creative thinker and problem solver.

You should have:

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.

•⁠ ⁠A strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, composition, and visual storytelling.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating polished designs.

•⁠ ⁠Good communication and collaboration skills.

•⁠ ⁠A portfolio that showcases your creativity and versatility.
