Role Summary

QA Specialist to ensure quality, accuracy, accessibility, functionality, and compliance of eLearning solutions across WBT, ILT, and mobile learning content.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end testing of eLearning content including functionality, design consistency, and user experience

.- Conduct manual and basic automated testing for WBT, ILT, and mobile learning courses.

- Ensure adherence to SCORM, AICC, WCAG/Section 508, LMS compatibility, and project requirements.

- Identify, document, and report defects using Jira or other tracking tools.

- Support accessibility testing and help maintain quality checklists and documentation.

As a DBA Director, you will co-lead our global DBA teams specializing in operational support of such platforms as Oracle, MSSQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Snowflake, and Databricks. As a critical requirement of this position, you will partner across all business units to assist with functional design, validation, and deployment of database solutions and technologies. The DBA Director will also partner closely with the other pillars of the IT organization to create secure automation of manual processes while also ensuring better stability and scalability of our backend database systems and associated processes.
