Responsibilities

  • Writing a variety of content types, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, thought leadership editorials, marketing emails, and website content
  • Editing the content types we just mentioned 
  • Conducting extensive customer research to identify pain points and the right language to describe them
  • Testing out plugins and products to understand how they function in order to write better articles

Roles & Responsibilities:

1- Deliver extraordinary customer experience by technically advising customers on Toprankers products, services and capabilities to best meet the needs of the Customer.
