Job Description:

An Assistant Engineer works as part of an engineering team to support various aspects of production, design, quality control, and maintenance. They are involved in project planning, process improvement, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting. The role also includes monitoring safety regulations, analyzing test results, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support & Project Assistance

• Assist senior engineers in project design, execution, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct research, collect data, and prepare technical reports.
• Participate in product development and testing processes.

1. Production & Process Optimization

• Monitor production activities and ensure smooth operation.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
• Coordinate with production teams to maintain workflow efficiency.

1. Quality Control & Assurance

• Conduct quality checks and inspections of materials, components, and finished products.
• Ensure products meet industry and regulatory standards.
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

1. Equipment Maintenance & Safety Compliance

• Ensure machines and tools are properly maintained.
• Follow safety protocols and assist in risk assessment.
• Train workers on the safe operation of equipment.

1. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain records of production, quality tests, and project progress.
• Prepare reports for senior engineers and management.
• Assist in preparing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in designing software and tools

Requirements:

• Required experience of 3 to 8 years

• Required Skill Set: Core Java, Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot, Database, Unit Testing & Rest API.

• Good to have Microservices

• Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful

• You will be responsible to perform- requirement analysis, high-level design, coding, unit testing, and general quality assurance of the web applications

• Knack for writing clean, readable Java code

• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

• Good to have knowledge of Spring Security, and JPA

• 3-6 years of industry work experience 
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role 
• 1+ years of web application development with JavaScript as full stack 
• End-to-end full stack experience designing and building scalable applications 
• Excellent JavaScript / Typescript skills 
• Strong proficiency in React (hooks knowledge is plus) 
• Strong proficiency in Nodejs 
• Good HTML5 / CSS3 skills with expertise on responsive web design 
• Must have development experience in Micro services using NodeJS and TypeScript 
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, mongoose, aggregation framework and Redis 
• Experience with Web sockets and related frameworks (e.g. Socket.IO) 
• Experience in using and developing GraphQL APIs 
• Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial or SVN.

Job Summary:
We're looking for a smart get-things-done attitude Sales Executive. Your primary focus would be to run Sales for our products Societynmore and GateSecure - engaging with clients, and presenting online/in-person demos. You'll be responsible for Lead Generation leveraging your expertise and different strategies for rider and driver marketing. Building client relations and helping the product development with client feedback will essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Your responsibility shall include marketing the Online product offered by Societynmore in the the area of Cooperative Housing and Commercial societies primarily for Mumbai & Pune market.

2) Co- ordinating with our development Vendors, Managers/Committee Members of Co-operative Society clients of the company as and when required for matters relating to our Society management portal.

3) You need to acquire and build complete knowledge of the online Modules offered by the Company for your own understanding and contributing to the marketing activity for the company product. Please note for the purpose of Sales, all weekends (Saturday & Sunday) shall be working. There will be a weekly off on Monday.
