Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic Tech Lead - Full Stack (MERN) to spearhead our web development team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of robust web applications while mentoring team members and ensuring adherence to industry best practices. This is a hands-on role requiring exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to driving excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
• Make critical technical and product decisions while collaborating with Product Managers and clients.
• Lead and mentor the development team in coding best practices and modern web technologies.
• Design and develop scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to define project requirements and goals.
• Analyze resource needs, assess project feasibility, and create detailed project plans.
• Represent the team in planning meetings and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, challenges, and new technologies to enhance team performance.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack.
• Previous experience in a leadership or technical lead role.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team handling experience is essential.
• Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities.

Required Experience: 10–15 years (with at least 3–5 years in leadership roles)

● 10–15 years of overall experience in backend engineering, with strong exposure to

Python and/or Golang.

● 3–5 years of experience managing engineering teams.

● Proven experience delivering large-scale, distributed systems in production

environments.

● Strong understanding of microservices, cloud-native architecture, and DevOps

if not coding daily).

Requirements

• Extensive and expert programming experience in at least one general programming language (e. g. Java, C, C++) & tech stack to write maintainable, scalable, unit-tested code.

• Experience with multi-threading and concurrency programming.

• Extensive experience in object oriented design skills, knowledge of design patterns, and a huge passion and ability to design intuitive modules and class-level interfaces.

• Excellent coding skills - should be able to convert design into code fluently.

• Knowledge of Test Driven Development.

• Good understanding of databases (e. g. MySQL) and NoSQL (e. g. HBase, Elasticsearch, Aerospike etc).

• 4+ years of experience in the art of writing code and solving problems on a large scale.

• Open communicator who shares thoughts and opinions frequently, listens intently, and takes constructive feedback.

A Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, peripherals, and network connections while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Provide first-level support for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
• Assist users with operating system, application, and connectivity problems.
• Perform system updates, patch installations, and regular maintenance.
• Maintain and manage IT assets, ensuring proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve printer, scanner, and other peripheral issues.
• Support remote users through phone, email, or remote desktop tools.
• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure security protocols and best practices are followed for system safety.
• Document solutions, processes, and user issues for future reference.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic Linux troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, email configurations, and software installations.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware components.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, user account management, and system policies.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified are a plus.

The programmer must have 2-3 years plus work experience with:

Visual Basic .NET and Visual Basic 6, including the use of program “classes” and creation of DLL’s

 SQL Server databases, SQL, ADO.NET

 Crystal Reports Experience with the following is desirable but not required:

 ASP.NET

 MS Word, MS Excel, MS Exchange

 Networking/LANs, TCP/IP protocol

Job Summary:

The position of a Software Developer is a full time VB6 Programmer role. He will be primary responsible for maintaining and developing code. As a VB 6 programmer you will be responsible for to plan program code, enhancements and changes. Job Responsibilities: 1. To create, test and maintain software product codes. 2. Provides assistance to technical staff when they are unable to resolve a program, SQL database. 3. To resolve customer queries as assigned to resolve a problem. 4. Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business within the assigned areas.

• Develop custom plugins and custom functionalities on top of Wordpress and WooCommerce.

Skills:

• Experience & Knowledge of WordPress Architecture, WooCommerce, Page Builder’s (like Elementor, Divi, Visual Composer etc), and other best practice solutions
• Experience & Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript/jQuery.
• Experience & Knowledge of child theme creation and customization as per designed based on the requirements
• Experience & Knowledge of WordPress plugin and Back-End functionality development

WordPress Developer Responsibilities:

• Designing and building the website front-end.
• Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
• Generating Word Press themes and plugins.
• Conducting website performance tests.

 Required key skills:- 

• Must have knowledge on custom word press, also page builder and elementor.
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track key metrics including retention, monetization, virality and general engagement. Provide various product and user insights to optimize the metrics and drive key business decisions
• Research into market data as well as user demographics to make well-informed decisions on future business strategies, product roadmap and production roadmap
• Bring expertise in your product areas and conduct rigorous A/B tests and data analysis to help improve customer experiences and identify profitable growth opportunities
• Managing various real-time reports and help stakeholders translate reports and data into actionable insights. This includes:
• P&L, LTV, virality and user behaviour reports with Product Team
• App performance, programming bugs with Tech Team
• User Acquisition and cost reports with Marketing Team and more

Skills Required 

• 7+ years of analytics experience in a consumer internet business with exceptional quantitative skills
• 2+ years of experience in product analytics 
• Experience in analytical methods (like ANOVA, Distribution theory, regression, forecasting, Machine Learning Techniques, etc.) is a plus
• Experience in mobile or social games is a plus
• Experience in managing and leading teams is a plus
• Proficient in SQL, scripting (either of spreadsheets scripting/VBA/Java etc.)
• Experience in statistical analysis using a statistical programming language like R
