Role Overview

The Head – Strategic Operations role is responsible for ensuring smooth, structured, and scalable execution across the organization. The role focuses on translating leadership vision into clear systems, coordinated teams, and reliable day-to-day operations.

This position works closely with senior leadership to strengthen processes, improve execution quality, and support sustainable organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and growth strategies into actionable operational plans
• Design, implement, and maintain SOPs, workflows, and execution frameworks
• Coordinate across sales, marketing, academics, operations, and support teams
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training processes in collaboration with HR
• Monitor execution timelines, delivery quality, and operational consistency
• Track key performance indicators and prepare structured performance reports
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous operational improvements
• Act as a bridge between leadership planning and on-ground execution

Eligibility & Requirements

• Prior experience in strategic operations, business operations, or senior operations roles
• Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills

Exp: 3-6 Years

Basic Qualifications

• Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in embedded design developments 

• Experience in Design for Assembly and Design for Manufacturing methodology. 

• Familiar with more than 1 leading CAD design tool \

Should have experience in:

• UG nx or CATIA CAD tool min 3-6 Yrs. 

• Experience in CAD Modeling and Detailing min 3-6 Yrs. 

• PLM tools (ENOVIA, Tecamente etc.) min 3-6 Yrs. 

• CAE Tools Ansys for Mechanical Preferred.

1. Lead generation: Identifying potential customers through market research, networking & industry events.
2. Reaching out to prospect cold calls, Emails and other communication channels to qualify leads.
3. Building relationships with key decision makers & target companies
4. Preparing customised proposals & quotations based on customers’ requirements.
5. Negotiating pricing & contract terms to close deals.
6. Maintaining ongoing communications with existing clients to ensure satisfaction & loyalty.
7. Addressing customers' enquiries & resolving complaints promptly.
8. Track sales performance against targets, generate sales reports, and provide regular updates to management.
9. Strong communication and presentation skills.
10. Ability to work independently & as part of a Team.
11. Participating in exhibitions and conferences organized by the company & creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company.

Job Title: Fullstack AEM Developer

We are seeking a talented Fullstack AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Developer with proficiency in React or Angular frameworks to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of front-end and back-end development, with a focus on implementing and maintaining AEM-based solutions. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain AEM-based web applications and components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and develop custom AEM components, workflows, and templates.
• Integrate AEM with other systems and third-party applications as needed.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest AEM features, trends, and best practices.

• Experience with front-end technologies such as React or Angular.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related frameworks/libraries.
• Experience with server-side languages such as Java.
• Knowledge of RESTful web services and APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
