Key Responsibilities

•  Assist in the design and development of user interfaces for web applications.
• Collaborate with the development team to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Support user research efforts by conducting surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging presentations and marketing materials.
• Develop graphics for various marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, and website.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business goals.
• Learn and grow by actively participating in team meetings and design critiques.

Qualifications

• Pursuing/Completed a degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Basic understanding of design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Canva, or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate design ideas.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of designing.
• Availability to work in the office.

Social Media Executive  

Experience: 3+ years 

Location : Bangalore (Work From Office)   

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Social media handles creation and optimisation  
• All social media platforms maintenance, fanbase, engagement, insights improvements and growth plan ideation and execution

• Experience with latest tools  and reporting

• Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices  

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus

As an SSE, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems

that power our platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Python Django and a

strong understanding of databases, caching, and distributed systems.

● Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using

Python Django.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate

them into technical solutions.

● Optimize application performance and scalability by implementing caching strategies, load

balancing, and distributed computing techniques.

● Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices for data storage, retrieval,

and access control.

● Develop and maintain integrations with external APIs and services to support seamless

interactions with third-party systems.

● Identify and address performance bottlenecks and other system issues to improve overall

system efficiency.

● Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry-standard coding practices.

● Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and

adherence to best practices.

● Mentor junior team members and assist in their professional growth.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in Dynamics 365 CE customization including the development of plugins, workflows, web resources, security, and Portal development.
• JavaScript, jQuery experience.
• CRM API / SDK knowledge and 3rd party solutions integration experience.
• SharePoint integration experience.
• Configuring and customizing D365 CE first-party apps like sales, customer service, Field service.
• Managing Dynamics 365 integration with Azure services.
• D365 certifications

• Manage each project’s scope and timeline
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

• Experience in a scrum master role
