As a Graphic Designer, you will be designing packaging materials for the company's products, leading the design work including brainstorming, sketching and creating prototypes. What you will do: Working with the team to understand their needs Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements Evaluating consumer and market trends for packaging materials Collaborating with the marketing team Designing banners and other images for social media Preparing rough drafts and presenting ideas Developing illustrations, logos and other designs using softwares Using the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic Working with copywriters and creative director to produce final design Testing graphics across various media Amending designs after feedback Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Candidate Profile: What you need to have: Any graduate with 2-5 years of proven graphic designing experience in social media and package designing Strong portfolio with a variety of samples that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail and knowledge of the market and consumer trends Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop) A keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent communication skills Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
