Objectives of role:

• Develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions, incorporating the latest techniques from Mosaic AI research to solve business problems
• Own production rollouts of consumer and internally facing GenAI applications
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the product and engineering teams to influence priorities and shape the product roadmap
• Required /Proven experience with the following:
• Experience in building GenAI applications, including RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, fine- tuning, etc., with tools such as HuggingFace, LangChain, and DSPy
• Expertise in deploying production-grade GenAI applications, including evaluation and optimizations
• Extensive years of hands-on industry data science experience, leveraging common machine learning and data science tools, i.e. pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, etc.
• Experience in building production-grade machine learning deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline like Computer Science or equivalent practical experience Passion for collaboration, life-long learning, and driving business value through AI
• [Preferred] Experience in using the Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark? to process large-scale distributed datasets
• We require fluency in English and willingness to work across time zones.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong AI/ML Engineer Profile
• Mandatory (Experience) : Must have 3+ years of experience in software engineering with atleast 1+ years in GenAI application development and production deployment
• Mandatory (GenAI Application Development): Must have proven experience building GenAI applications covering RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, and fine-tuning
• Mandatory (Production GenAI Deployment): Must have expertise deploying production-grade GenAI applications including model evaluation, optimisation, and ownership of full production rollouts
• Mandatory (ML & Data Science Tooling): Must have strong hands-on experience with core ML and data science tools including pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch
• Mandatory (Cloud ML Infrastructure): Must have experience building and deploying production-grade ML workloads on at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Mandatory (Communication): Must have strong English communication skills with the ability to work across time zones and collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

DevOps & ALM: Git/Azure DevOps, CI/CD for solutions and infrastructure (Bicep/ARM/Terraform good to have), release gates, secrets management.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Delivery

Architect and implement AI-enabled apps using Dataverse, Model-Driven/Canvas Apps, and Power Automate with robust governance and environment strategies.

Build Copilot extensions (e.g., custom skills, plugins, connectors, prompts, grounding with Dataverse/Azure Search) to automate workflows and enhance user productivity.

Integrate Azure OpenAI Service / Azure AI Foundry models for summarization, classification, RAG, and copilots; implement guardrails, content filters, and prompt-engineering patterns.

Implement RAG pipelines using Azure Cognitive Search / Vector Search, embeddings, chunking, and grounding with enterprise data (SharePoint, Dataverse, Blob, SQL).

 Dynamics 365 / Dataverse

Configure entities/tables, relationships, BPFs, business rules, and security roles; ensure least-privilege access and compliant data boundaries.

Implement server-side logic (plugins, custom actions), client scripting (JavaScript), and web resources where required.

Validate and optimize solution layering, ALM, and environment promotion (DEV/UAT/PROD).

Power Automate & Admin Controls

Design resilient cloud flows with retry/exceptions, idempotency, and throttling strategies; govern DLP policies, environment strategies, and connection references.

Build/maintain custom connectors for internal/external systems (Graph, Dynamics, Azure Functions, REST).

 Azure AI & Integrations

Develop Azure Functions / Logic Apps for integration and orchestration; secure with Managed Identity and Key Vault.

Configure Cognitive Search indexers, skillsets, and vector stores; implement semantic ranking and hybrid search.

Instrument solutions with Azure Monitor / App Insights for telemetry, cost governance, safety events, and performance.

Quality, Security & Compliance

Enforce secure coding, data residency, PII handling, content safety, and RBAC across resources.

Create test strategies (unit, integration, functional), golden datasets/prompts, and evaluate LLM quality metrics (groundedness, precision/recall for RAG, hallucination rate).

Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and user enablement for AI features.

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads,

meeting business clients, understanding their IT infrastructure needs,

proposing suitable solutions, and closing deals.

This is a pure B2B field sales role focused on IT infrastructure and support

services.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify and generate leads from businesses across Pune

 Conduct client meetings and understand IT/network/security requirements

 Propose suitable IT infrastructure and AMC solutions

 Coordinate with technical team for solution design and quotations

 Follow up and close deals

 Maintain client relationships for repeat business and AMC opportunities

 Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
