ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in crafting intuitive, engaging user interfaces that improve the financial lives of our users. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver high-quality designs that meet our users' needs and align with TIFIN’s mission. You will bring a strong understanding of UX and UI principles, a passion for problem-solving, and a dedication to designing meaningful experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, user flows, and other UX artifacts to guide product development.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Maintain consistency in visual design and brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
- Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in product design and fintech.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 2-4 years as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, preferably in a fintech or tech startup environment.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with prototyping and collaboration tools like InVision, Zeplin, and Miro is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and feedback to create informed design decisions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly, receive feedback, and collaborate effectively with other teams.
- Preferred: Experience with design systems, familiarity with HTML/CSS, and an understanding of AI-driven design.
