Your Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our expansion strategy, connecting with schools and driving LogIQids’ mission forward.

Lead Generation & Relationship Building

● Engage with school principals, directors, and decision-makers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

● Conduct product demonstrations showcasing how LogIQids enhances students’ learning experience.

● Travel (within and outside the city) to establish partnerships and onboard schools.

Sales Pipeline Management & Execution

● Track leads, nurture relationships, and close deals to meet your targets.

● Maintain a structured sales funnel ensuring smooth conversions.

● Work closely with the School Relationship Manager to ensure a seamless program rollout post-signing. Market Research & Strategy

● Analyze competitors, research market trends, and implement new initiatives to explore untapped geographies.

● Identify top schools in target regions and generate a list of qualified leads.

Skills Required:

A genuine passion for education and inclination towards solving business issues through strong communication and presence of

mind. An inherent ability to position, market, and sell an idea or product will be a key skill set.

Zolvit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Backend Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable backend systems that power our core platform. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging problems at scale and contribute to a product that will potentially power millions of businesses in India.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable backend services using Ruby on Rails, NodeJS, and Java.
• Contribute to the evolution of our microservices architecture, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and performance.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, frontend, and QA, to deliver high-quality products.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, promoting automation and continuous delivery.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing microservices at scale.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for early members of our India team. You will be part of the team that establishes our India product development team. We are looking for candidates who have high potential, are excited about tackling the climate change problem and are excited to grow in a high-growth environment while working with the Singapore HQ.

A junior/mid-level React developer. Must be comfortable to work in a small development team and have the initiative to work alone on smaller problem sets.
