Job Title: Asst Manager-Business Development – PVC

Department: Sales & Marketing / Business Development

Reports to: Sales Head / Director

Designation: Asst Manager - Business Development

Location- Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai/Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets for PVC compounds.

Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential clients in sectors like wires & cables, automotive, footwear, profiles, pipes, and injection molding.

Generate leads through networking, industrial directories, trade exhibitions, and digital platforms.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, converters, distributors, and key industry stakeholders.

Understand client requirements and offer suitable PVC compound grades or customized solutions.

Conduct technical discussions with clients in coordination with the R&D/technical team.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the revenue growth of the company.

Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize orders.

Track sales performance, follow up on payments, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Work closely with production and R&D teams to ensure timely sample development and delivery.

Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis for management review.

Provide inputs to management on market demand, pricing trends, and product improvements.

Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and seminars.

Promote the company’s products through presentations, technical discussions, and marketing initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of PVC compounds, polymer industry applications, and market dynamics.

Proven track record in business development or industrial sales.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Ability to understand technical specifications and coordinate with R&D/production teams.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Diploma/Degree in Plastics/Polymer/ Chemical Engineering, or MBA in Marketing (preferred).

Experience: 4–10 years in industrial sales/business development, preferably in PVC compounds or polymer industry.

1.Proven experience as a PPC Ads Specialist or similar role with a successful track record of managing and optimizing PPC campaigns.

2.In-depth knowledge & work experience of PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc.)

3.Experience in Paid Search (PPC) / Create and manage Payper Click (PPC) campaigns.

4.Sound knowledge of keyword research tools, analytics platforms, and bid management systems.

5.Strong communication and collaboration skills.

6.Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

6.Certifications in Google Ads and other relevant platforms will be a plus.

Job Summary:

Senior React Native developer will be responsible for developing, designing and maintaining the core framework of mobile applications for our platform. This includes tasks such as creating and implementing new features, troubleshooting and debugging any issues, optimizing the performance of the app, collaborating with cross-functional teams and staying current with the latest advancements in React Native and mobile app development. We are looking for exceptional candidates who have an in-depth understanding of React, JavaScript and TypeScript, can create pixel-perfect UI and are obsessed with creating the best experiences for end users.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Architect and build performant mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms using React Native.
2. Work with squad leaders and other managers to provide technical consultation and assist in defining the scope and sizing of work.
3. Maintain compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 13485, and Cyber Essentials that Avegen adheres to.
4. Lead configuration of our platform HealthMachine™ in line with functional specifications and development of platform modules with a focus on quality and performance.
5. Write well-documented, clean Javascript/TypeScript code to build reusable components in the platform.
6. Maintain code, write automated tests and assist DevOps in CI/CD to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
7. Lead by example in best practices for software design and quality. You will stay current with tools and technologies to seek out the best needed for the job.
8. Train team members on software design principles and emerging technologies by taking regular engineering workshops.

Requirements

1. Hands-on experience working in a product company developing consumer-facing mobile apps that are deployed and currently in use in production. He/she must have at least 3 mobile apps live in Apple App Store/Google Play Store.
2. Proven ability to mentor junior engineers to realize a delivery goal.
3. Solid attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills & excellent troubleshooting skills.
4. 4+ years’ experience working as a mobile developer in React Native.
5. In-depth understanding of React and its ecosystem with the latest features.
6. Experience in writing modular, reusable custom JavaScript/TypeScript modules that scale well for high-volume applications.
7. Strong familiarity with native development tools such as Xcode and Android Studio.
8. A positive, “can do” attitude who isn’t afraid to lead the complex React Native implementations.
9. Experience in building mobile apps with intensive server communication (REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets etc.).
10. Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities.
11. Excellent command of version control systems like Git.
12. Working in Agile/SCRUM methodology, understanding of the application life cycle and experience working on project management tools like Atlassian JIRA.
13. Good command of the Unix operating system and understanding of cloud computing platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure etc.
14. Hands-on experience in database technologies including RDBMS and NoSQL and a firm grasp of data models and ER diagrams.
15. Open source contributions and experience developing your own React Native wrappers for native functionality a plus.

• Develop test plans alongside product designers and product engineers.
• Drive improvements to test framework architecture and test coverage.
• Drive adoption of best practices in code health, testing, testability, and maintainability (clean code, test pyramid).
• Track test gaps, quality, and productivity metrics. Work with other engineering teams to improve gaps from this data.
• Recommend improvements into overall best practices, design, testability and quality, and productivity.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience of working in the Quality Engineering field
• 3+ Years of experience with UI & API test automation tools, (Selenium and etc.)
• 4+ years of experience in leading a team
• Proficient in TypeScript, Go, or a related programming language
• Experience with Continuous Integration systems (e.g., GitLab)
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
