For this purpose, Rajasthan Studio is looking for a highly experienced and passionate UI/UX designer for its upcoming innovative, never-experienced-before app platform for virtual art experiences, who has a soft spot for art & culture to work on an app that is one of its kind. This app will open a whole new dimension and possibilities for art lovers and enthusiasts to showcase their talent alongside generating revenue. Job Description:

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for autonomous conceptualizing, designing, prototyping and delivering compelling and intuitive experiences through the application. A good mix of interaction, visual, and problem-solving abilities with a passion for crafting useful and delightful features end-to-end.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or equivalent design-related field.
2. Minimum Three (3) years’ professional expertise as a UI/UX Designer - Mobile & Web
3. Or equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.

Preferred:

1. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch
2. Exposure to Agile/Scrum Methodology
3. Understanding of the Art and Entertainment Industry
4. Exceptional Attention To Detail

Responsibilities:

1. Passionate about designing mind-blowing & problem-solving user experiences (interfaces & interactions)
2. Rapidly develop user flows, wireframes, and full-fidelity mockups, for a range of assets such as small interactive elements
3. Gather & evaluate user/design requirements.
4. Conceptualize, create illustrations, icons, and animations from scratch
5. Ideate and create delightful micro-interactions
6. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (like responsiveness)
7. Ability to do rapid prototyping and user testing

Job Description -

We are looking for programmers with a keen eye for design and performance for the position of Flutter developer. Flutter developers are responsible for ensuring the alignment of design and user experience requirements, optimizing applications for maximum efficiency, and maintaining brand consistency across the application, among other duties.

Flutter developers are required to work in teams alongside back-end developers, graphic designers, and user experience designers to ensure all elements of application creation are consistent. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities -

• Design & implement new app modules based on the product requirements using the Flutter framework
• Maintain existing codebases
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Integrate user-interfaces elements developed by other developers
• Build user interfaces designed by UI/UX designers
• Integration of data storage solutions
• Integrate various third party/in-house APIs
• Debug existing apps components, fix issues and avoid regressions
• Collaborate closely with the teams of PMs, QAs, and other developers
• Participate in software architecture, design discussions, and code reviews
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

Skill & Qualifications -

• Desire to work in a startup environment, able to self-manage and work remotely (when required)
• Must have built at least one Android and/or iOS apps with Flutter
• Proven Working experience in software / mobile development - Android or iOS
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including automated testing and building
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / Mercurial
• Understanding of the Agile development life-cycle
• Ability to write readable code, create extensive documentation for existing code, and refactor the previously written code into a readable state.

We are looking for programmers with problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities for the position of Back End developer. Back End developers are responsible for creating a bridge between customers and business logic, optimizing applications for maximum efficiency, creating dashboards for internal teams, and maintaining brand consistency across the application, among other duties.

Backend Web Developers are responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. The role's primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

Responsibilities -

• Creating RESTful API/GraphQL to be consumed by Flutter developers
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use
• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Design and implementation of data storage solutions
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Write clean code to develop functional web applications
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Provide training and support to internal teams

Skill & Qualifications -

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Understanding accessibility and security compliances
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes
• Data migration, transformation, and scripting
• Setup and administration of backups
• Outputting data in different formats
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Proficient understanding of OWASP security principles
• Understanding of “session management” in a distributed server environment
• Knowledge of Yii framework - version 2 (preferred)
