Senior UI/UX Designer

Full Stack Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.

Your primary focus will be the development of all server side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the frontend elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of frontend technologies is necessary as well.

• Create and consume restful APIs
• Design, develop, and maintain internal and external applications
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable modules
• Write high quality, structured application/interface code and documentation

Requirement

∙ Proficient in Node.JS and ReactJS development stack

∙ 2+ years’ experience designing, querying, and updating databases in MySQL/nosql

∙ Basic understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX etc.

• Will be responsible to design creatives for upcoming app events, collaterals, offline marketing, social media layouts
• Must be able to create a meaningful design keeping consistency across all designs as per brand guidelines.
• Would need to design creatives that denote functionality
• Be regularly updated on the latest design trends and share inputs on improving design tonality/ language for the brand
• Must assure timely delivery of all campaigns.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval.
• Coordinating with art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.

• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After effects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After-effects, and other relevant software.

• Analyze organic search landscapes to discover opportunities that may drive valuable traffic
• Help keep our pages SEO optimized for mobile users and search performance
• Perform extensive keyword research and product listing audits to put forth optimized content regularly
• Grow into an SEO leader, taking additional responsibilities as and when needed
• Conduct competitive site analysis
• Monitor SEO impact with key metrics
• Develop and implement link building strategies
• Work with the editorial team to drive SEO traffic in content creation through other digital marketing channels such as the blog
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors impacting SEO positions for target keywords

• Has a minimum of 2 years of SEO experience Offpage, Onpage, Technical SEO
• Is passionate and flexible to get innovative to boost organic search; should not accept theories at face value and should prefer testing, exploring to prove the effectiveness of tactics
• Is adept with SEO suits and tools such as Google Webmaster Tools, Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, among others
• Has extensive knowledge in link building, keyword research, content creation, and on-page optimization (is a plus)
• Has prior experience of managing a team or is willing to take up the responsibility of managing a team and is a team player

• Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. 
• Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving issues/problems.

based Restful Web Services

✓ Knowledge of GIT, Bitbucket, JIRA, Linux Shell Script, and CI/CD process is a Must
