Job Responsibilities: • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings. • Good with Office tools- word, PowerPoint, excel. Working experience on google sheets/ GSuite tools will be an advantage. Supporting the Product Team & overseeing product development procedures. Supporting the Sales Team with product related metrics & expanding support to marketing department to introduce new products/ features to the market. Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics related to various Product related tasks; to achieve productivity targets & maintain smooth follow-ups for the same. Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives. Analyze workflows related to various tasks involved in day-to-day execution of any product related processes & implement changes likewise. Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete monthly audits of various product related managements. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols. Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems.
