Junior Product Manager

Location: Mumbai (Looking for Mumbai-based candidates)

Responsibilities:

• Act as the bridge between business users and the development team to define and develop product features aligned with business requirements.
• Coordinate closely with internal engineering teams and client product teams.
• Create and manage release plans for product updates and new releases.
• Draft detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for internal use.
• Communicate client requirements effectively to the engineering team.
• Understand technical architecture and system workflows.
• Interpret product flows conveyed by the client and ensure accurate relay to the engineering team.
• Ensure changes implemented by the internal team are correct and aligned with requirements; suggest improvements where necessary.
• Take full product ownership and act as the single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Financial Markets and Derivatives Markets.
• Proficiency in Figma and JIRA.
• Proven experience in drafting PRDs.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Candidates from the FinTech domain preferred — must possess strong market knowledge and familiarity with financial products, trading systems, and market operations.

• Experience of more than 4 to 6 years in software development.
• Very Strong Experience in Core Java.
• Excellent Java Programming skills Experience in Data Structures, Algorithms and Design Patterns.
• Strong in Problem solving, Analytical skill and logical thinking.
• Skill to be trained: java, spring, mango db, cassandra.
• Strong experience in Spring Boot, Restful API

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of testing and automation experience.
• Experience with the following coding languages: Java or Python.

• Experience in creating test strategy - Functional, Non-Functional, Analytics and automation.

          Hands-on experience for UI automation using Selenium and Appium.

• You will work on a small, core team alongside other engineers and business leaders throughout Cambridge with the following responsibilities:
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to design and build operational AI solutions for client engagements.
• Identify relevant data sources for data wrangling and EDA
• Identify model architectures to use for client business needs.
• Build full-stack data science solutions up to MVP that can be deployed into existing client business processes or scaled up based on clear documentation.
