AVP - Product Management

1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales, lead qualification, or a similar role.

• Candidates should have Lead Qualification Experience (experience in SaaS solutions, tailored solutions, or solution selling).

• Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to understand their needs and pain points.

• Experience using CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or other sales tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong ability to assess and qualify leads efficiently.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Develop and maintain scalable applications using MongoDB, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and TypeScript.

Design, develop, and optimize RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices, performance, and security.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and DevOps teams to streamline development.

Contribute to AI-powered application development (if experienced in AI/ML).

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ 2.5+ years of experience in MERN stack development.

✅ Expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.js.

✅ Strong database management skills with MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

✅ Proven experience in leading development teams and conducting code reviews.

✅ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

✅ Bonus: Experience in AI/ML-based applications is a plus.

• Proven experience as a senior accountant
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and Tally
• In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables

Responsibilities

• Build internal financial controls and manage financial operations
• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure budgets are adhered to and alert COO about overruns
• Revenue recognition and preparing books for accrual accounting
• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
• Provide technical support and advice on accounting management
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
• Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers/ close coordination with CA firm
• Participate in financial standards setting and in the forecast process
• Provide input into the department’s goal-setting process
• Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
• Assist with tax audits and tax returns
• Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
• Plan, assign, and review staff’s work
• Support month-end and year-end closing process
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Ensure compliance with Indian tax laws and accounting principles
• Liaise with the COO to improve financial procedures
