we will be needing highly skilled Kubernetes Expert with deep experience in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) to lead the deployment and operations of Confluent Platform in a production-grade environment. Should be able to implement, and optimize a scalable, secure, and resilient streaming platform using Confluent for Kubernetes (CFK) and modern Kafka architecture (KRaft mode).
Required Skills & Experience
Expertise on Azure platform.
Knowledge on Kafka and streaming capabilities.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes with AKS in production environments.
Strong knowledge of Confluent Platform and Kafka internals, including KRaft mode.
Expertise in AKS networking (Azure CNI, ingress/WAF) and storage (Azure Disk/Files, CSI drivers).
Proficiency in Helm, GitOps workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with TLS, RBAC, Managed Identity, and secrets management.
Familiarity with observability tools ( Grafana, Confluent Control Center).
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills for distributed systems.
Language : C# / Python , JavaScript, java [ Any one should be fine]
Data Serialization Format - JSON, YAML
Key Responsibilities
Implement AKS clusters optimized for stateful workloads like Kafka.
Deploy and manage Confluent Platform components (Kafka brokers, KRaft controllers, Connect, Schema Registry, ksqlDB, Control Center) using CFK.
Configure networking, storage, and security for AKS clusters following best practices.
Implement TLS, RBAC, and secrets management (Azure Key Vault/Vault).
Monitor and optimize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Automate deployments using Helm and GitOps.
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and compliance with security standards.
