We have multiple opportunities for an experienced and passionate IT Recruiter!

Experience: 2-7 years in IT Recruitment

Work location: Pune (Kalyani Nagar) 

Work Time: 10 am – 7 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Job Profile/ Responsibility:

• Sourcing candidates of suitable caliber from various job portals. 
• The recruiter is responsible for assessing and short-listing candidates through a systematic and multi-layered approach to create a pool of eligible candidates for Job Dost Client Organizations.
• Carrying out the prescribed Assessment for the candidates and identifying profiles as per client expectation as per job roles.
• Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews, online assessments, coding tests for candidates.
• Maintain database of candidates in JobDost portal and also ensuring all applicants are routed through JobDost platform from interview schedule to offer
• Performing background and reference checks.

Job Requirement:

For the successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

• Hands-on experience in hiring positions like SAP consultants, System/Cloud Architect, Front/Backend Developer, React, Java/J2EE Developers, .Net Engineers, ASP.Net, C#.Net, VB.Net, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field. Handling candidates in Information Technology is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a Recruiter
• Experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience with various sourcing methods
• Experience with conducting Assessments
• Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Own Product Roadmaps: Define and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing increments based on inputs from external and internal stakeholders.
• End-to-End Feature Launch Ownership: Plan, scope, and ensure high-quality delivery of increments with complete ownership of end-to-end feature launches.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Sales, Design, and Engineering to develop feature-level specifications (PRDs) inclusive of UX/UI design, then validate assumptions, prototypes, and designs directly with existing or prospective customers.
• Sprint Execution: Participate in regular sprint ceremonies to oversee the execution of planned features.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve issues by closely monitoring product issues and escalating as required.
• Product Marketing Partnership: Partner with Product Marketing on launches and sales collateral, and other technical information required to support internal onboarding and outbound marketing and sales activities.
• Customer Success Collaboration: Work with Customer Success and Sales to account for and co-own NPS and C-SAT scores.
• Data Analysis and Decision-Making: Perform detailed data analysis and structured decision-making to inform product development.
• Customer Feedback Integration: Interact with customer-facing teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Account Management) to obtain customer feedback and structure it to arrive at informed decisions.
• Feature Adoption Analysis: Collect and analyze data for feature adoption, drawing insights to enable better adoption.
• Ecosystem Analysis and Benchmarking: Perform ecosystem analysis and benchmarking to ensure our product is industry-leading and innovative.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, in a Start-up or marketplaces .
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with gamification techniques in product design.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in product management tools and software.

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Proficiency in using support software, CRM tools, and ticketing systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work in rotational night shifts as required.

Job Description: (Mandate Skills)

• Exceptional architecture and design skills using Object Oriented Programming concepts and Design patterns
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Hands on Java Engineer, with experience building consumer facing or enterprise applications using Java stack
• Ability to manage small teams (2-4 members) using agile development process

Do You Know? (Skills good to have)

• Exposure to building service oriented distributed systems
• In building systems that process big data in a distributed environment, either in real time streaming or offline
• In messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, kinesis, etc.
• In real time computation tools like Storm / Spark or Hadoop based tools.
• In Data warehousing technologies like Redshift, BigQuery, etc.

We want a MEAN stack developer who is definitely not mean but is enthusiastic, quick at grasping, and has experience in handling multiple projects and codebases.

You should be energetic, authoritative, focused, and experimental at work.

We are looking for experienced backend engineers only.

-Strong grip over HTML, CSS, and Angular 9+

-Good with CSS styling and theming

-Expert at API development using NodeJS

-Experienced with MongoDB DB

-Self-starter with good communication skills

-At least 2+ years of experience

-Must be willing to work from Bangalore (HSR)

-Have than 2 years of experience with multiple frontend projects in MEAN Stack?

-HAVE worked in a B2C Startup for at least a year?

-CAN join in within 30-45 days?

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a team of talented engineers and oversee daily execution
• Work with product managers in planning sprints and task estimation
• Remove roadblocks for teams and increase delivery velocity
• Provide technical leadership to the team
• Be Technical SME in client meetings
• Be a stickler for code quality, test coverage
• Coach and grow engineering team

To be successful in this role, you need to have/be:

• Proven track record in managing engineering teams and delivering quality products.
• Experience in Ruby on Rails, React JS tech stacks
• Experience in building high performance web applications/APIs
• Top notch analytical/problem solving/debugging skills
• Should have proven ability to build, lead and develop a team
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate needs as well as provide the team with a clear overview of the priorities
• Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, and written skills
