Role Overview
We are looking for a Content & Partnerships Marketing Specialist to drive organic growth through high-quality content, SEO, AI search optimization, and strategic partnerships. You will work closely with product, marketing, engineering, and external partners to improve our visibility across search engines, AI answer platforms, blogs, affiliate channels, and video content while helping establish CAW as an industry authority.
Responsibilities
Research customer behavior, search intent, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify content opportunities.
Create, edit, and optimize blogs, landing pages, comparison pages, FAQs, buying guides, and video scripts for search visibility and user engagement.
Manage and maintain the content calendar across blogs, videos, and other organic marketing channels.
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to convert technical concepts into customer-focused content.
Continuously improve existing content to increase traffic, rankings, engagement, and conversions.
Drive SEO initiatives including keyword research, content optimization, metadata, internal linking, content gap analysis, and page structure improvements.
Optimize content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) across platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI-powered Google Search.
Structure content for both users and AI systems using FAQs, schema recommendations, entity-based content, and clear answer formatting.
Monitor technical SEO health including site audits, crawl efficiency, sitemap management, and LLMs.txt implementation.
Track brand visibility across traditional search engines and AI-generated search experiences.
Identify opportunities to improve topical authority, brand mentions, and customer research visibility.
Build and manage relationships with affiliates, publishers, creators, influencers, newsletters, and community partners.
Coordinate partnership campaigns including reviews, guest content, comparisons, and referral opportunities.
Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, repurposing, and workflow automation while maintaining high-quality standards.
Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos, social media assets, FAQs, and partner enablement materials.
Monitor and report content performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO platforms, CMS analytics, and affiliate reporting tools.
Share actionable insights and recommendations to improve content strategy, organic visibility, and partnership performance.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Content Marketing, SEO, Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, or a related field.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, content optimization, and organic growth strategies.
Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI-powered search platforms.
Experience using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, Clearscope, WordPress, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or equivalent content and research platforms.
Excellent writing, editing, research, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret content performance and make data-driven decisions.
Experience working with content calendars, affiliate partnerships, and organic marketing initiatives.
Good to Have
Experience in SaaS, web hosting, WordPress, domains, ecommerce, cybersecurity, or technical products.
Exposure to affiliate marketing and publisher partnership programs.
Experience tracking brand visibility across AI answer engines and emerging search platforms.
Familiarity with schema markup, technical SEO, and content automation workflows.
