Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Analyst with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing QA team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing, with strong exposure to mobile applications, APIs, and web platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases for mobile applications, APIs, and web applications.
• Build, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Detect, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution in coordination with the development team.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and QA fundamentals.
• Practical experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of mobile app testing for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Proficiency in cross-browser and cross-device web application testing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

·      7+ years of professional experience in front-end development.

·      5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Context API, Hooks, etc.)

·      Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

·      Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket integration.

·      Proficiency in modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.).

·      Expertise in state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and React Query.

·      Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

·      Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).

Job Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of building out and extending campaigns across different touchpoints

• Will advocate for a good user experience across our digital touchpoints, ranging from website, social media, newsletters, etc.

• Identify the tools, templates and techniques that evolve existing approaches for the larger creative community
• Closely working with marketing team understanding the exact requirement for the creative & tech part
• You will conceptualize and design original ideas that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design issues.
• Design and development (Design/HTML/CSS.) emails, landing pages and other digital assets.
• Will Manage social media post Design, SEO pages design & html Part, Responsive Emailer.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to Marketing.

Required Skills:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of UI/UX experience in product companies.
