Process Coordinator Job Description are as follows

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Strong in follow ups and co ordinations.

2. Coordinate with different departments, team & other stakeholders on regular basis.

3. Coordinating with various internal departments such as Maintenance Team, Plant Team, HR team, Accounts team, Purchase team, etc.

4. To handle calls and co-ordinate from both internal and external sources.

5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, handling multiple tasks successfully.

6. Possess good presentation, analytical and people management skills.

7. Well versed with MS Office including Word, Excel, Access, Power-Point.

8. Prepare and maintain- Repair & Maintenance Report in Google Sheets.

Key Skills:-

• Basic Knowledge about FMS,
• Managing processes with the doer.
• Follow up with employees for timely completion of tasks.
• Google sheets/EXCEL knowledge must.

Responsibilities

• Use your skills in OOP, OOAD, and testing to design and develop robust and scalable software.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on writing production-quality code and tests.
• Maintain minimal yet essential engineering documentation to complement the product.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams as part of Agile delivery.
• Participate in code reviews and release cycles with an ownership attitude.

Requirements

• Strong at problem-solving using Java 8 and above.
• General understanding of SDLC using agile methodologies iterative development.
• Basic skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are desired.
• Hands-on knowledge of using Spring Boot or Quarkus for building Microservices or API driven solutions.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience in using any RDBMS like MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Understanding or exposure to Cloud-Native development using AWS is an added advantage.

Flexiple's infrastructure is heavily powered by Ruby on Rails, and we're keen to onboard smart Ruby developers with some experience on JavaScript to help us build amazing web apps!

You'll be part of Flexiple's core engineering team and get a chance to work on multiple Ruby/JS apps, that are built for performance & scale. A typical day of engineering work at Flexiple would involve backend ruby work and getting your hands dirty in the frontend.

Our apps are built for internal & external users, and a few of them get 1 million+ monthly hits! We'd love for you to help us build performant systems that function at such scale.

This is a fully remote position that can be done from anywhere. The CTC can be increased based on the experience of the individual (up to 20 lpa).

• Suggest and implement improvements to our dev processes and codebase.
• Lead tech initiatives for Flexiple's products.

• 1+ years of software development experience
• Past experience with Ruby on Rails and HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Developed at least 2-4 production-quality web apps (at work or personal projects; can be any technology/ stack)
• Excellent grasp over algorithms and data structures
• Ability to learn and master new technologies quickly
• Passionate about building robust web/ mobile/ desktop apps and stay updated with the latest technologies/ frameworks
