Job Title: SEBI Registered Investment Advisor (RIA)

Location: Noida

Job Summary

We are seeking a SEBI Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) to provide independent, unbiased financial and investment advice to clients in accordance with SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. The advisor will assess client financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment horizon to develop personalized investment strategies while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

·Provide independent and client-centric investment advice across asset classes such as equities, mutual funds, bonds, ETFs, and alternative investments.

·Conduct financial planning and portfolio analysis based on clients’ financial goals, income, liabilities, and risk appetite.

·Develop and implement investment strategies and asset allocation plans.

·Ensure full compliance with SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations and Code of Conduct.

·Maintain detailed client risk profiling and suitability assessments.

·      Prepare and deliver portfolio performance reports and periodic reviews

·Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes.

·Maintain proper documentation, records, and disclosures as required by SEBI.

·Educate clients on investment risks, diversification, and long-term financial planning.

·Avoid conflicts of interest and maintain complete transparency in advisory services.

Required Qualifications

· SEBI Registered Investment Advisor certification or eligibility for RIA registration.

·Certification from NISM Series X-A and X-B (Investment Adviser Level 1 & Level 2) or equivalent recognized qualification.

·Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, commerce, or a related field.

Experience

·Minimum 5-8 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or investment research.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP PP, QM, and Variant Configuration.

Configure and customize SAP PP and QM modules, including master data, process orders, quality inspections, notifications, and control plans.

Design and implement Variant Configuration models (using Class, Characteristics, Object Dependencies, and Super BOMs/Routings).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end production and quality processes.

Provide ongoing support and continuous improvements for SAP PP/QM and VC functionality.

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP PP and QM modules.

Proven experience in SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC).

Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

Mandatory Skills

• Proficient in automating Test cases using Python / C++
• Should have work on RAN or Core Network on LTE / 4G, 5G , 3G
• Should have done Protocol Conformance Testing / RF Conformance Testing / Carrier Acceptance Testing
• Should be able design test cases.
• Should have worked on protocols / network element like NAS/SIAP / RRC / PHY MAC / GCF / MME / SGW / PGW / PCRG / eNodeB / UTRAN / RACH 

Good to Have

• Test automation framework & test suite development using  Python or platform specific development expertise
• Experience in 5G will be an added advantage
• Interop testing and validation with chipset vendors / OEMs / Service Providers

Role Purpose:-

 iOS App Design and Development

 Detailed Responsibilities description:-

 Analysis of requirements and specifications

 Understanding of standard specification like Bluetooth® LE and other IoT

standards.

 Analysis of project requirements, estimation of effort required for various tasks.

 Design, Development, Enhancement and Maintenance of iOS App

 Software design including architecture and UI design of iOS App in an Agile

environment.

 Development of iOS App in Swift 5 using XCode for iOS platform.

 Write code suitable for concurrent execution / multi-threaded environment.

 Deep debugging / troubleshooting of iOS Apps both in development and

production environments across Swift.

 Profiling and optimization of iOS applications

 Use crash logs / analytics to find issue on customers’ device.

 Use XCode instruments / other tools to profile software, find bottlenecks.

 Optimization of code, use of appropriate data structure and application of proper

algorithms.Must have skills:

 Good Team Player having ability to work independently with minimal

supervision.

 Hands-on programming knowledge of Swift & Objective-C on iOS platform.

 Basic knowledge of Core Bluetooth (BLE)
