AngularJS Developer requirements and qualifications

• 2-6 years Experience with AngularJS
• Strong expertise with HTML, CSS, and writing cross-browser compatible code.
• Good understanding of AJAX and JavaScript Dom manipulation Techniques

• Experience in JavaScript build tools like grunt or gulp

Pre-Sales – [As the primary role this will dominate 60% of your bandwidth]
• Design solutions utilizing RPA (Ui path and AA) best practices and maintain overall technical responsibility for project delivery as the leader of the delivery team.
• Build the right relationships across all levels of the client to ensure roadblocks to RPA adoption are addressed.
• Lead the transformation effort to standardize the delivery management and enabling technology landscape within the customer to achieve cost efficiency and service delivery performance.
• Consult with clients and partners to provide functional and technical expertise in areas including, solution design, project management, business process improvement and risk identification/mitigation.
• Shape the end-to-end architecture and design, and solution implementation.
• Provide oversight and guidance of new services initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Services Delivery – [As the Services Delivery Leader this role will command 25% of your bandwidth]
• You will put together a high-performance, qualified and experienced delivery team in India. Provide coaching and management to Team Leads to ensure quality delivery.
• Chart and oversee implementation of customer RPA journeys from an existing initial implementation to a robust scalable model.
• Establish COE comprising of a crack team of domain experts
• Design RPA services to solve our customer's most challenging use cases by leveraging your technical skills to integrate a wide variety of systems.

• Support identification, screening & recruitment of technical resources
Training – [Up to 10% of bandwidth]
• Set in place a Learning Framework to quickly onboard New Hires and get them ready to be deployed
• Ensure development and documentation of configuration best practices and contribute to team training and professional development

• Participate in full machine learning Lifecycle including data collection, cleaning, preprocessing to training models, and deploying them to Production.
• Discover data sources, get access to them, ingest them, clean them up, and make them “machine learning ready”. 
• Work with data scientists to create and refine features from the underlying data and build pipelines to train and deploy models. 
• Partner with data scientists to understand and implement machine learning algorithms. 
• Support A/B tests, gather data, perform analysis, draw conclusions on the impact of your models. 
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and product engineers, and communicate results to peers and leaders. 
• Mentor junior team members 

 

Who we have in mind:

• Graduate in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering with 2+ years of direct experience in the machine learning field.
• Proficiency with SQL,  Python, Spark, and basic libraries such as Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Keras
• Experience with Computer Vision (OpenCV),  NLP frameworks (NLTK, SpaCY, BERT).
• Basic knowledge of machine learning techniques (i.e. classification, regression, and clustering). 
• Understand machine learning principles (training, validation, etc.) 
• Strong hands-on knowledge of data query and data processing tools (i.e. SQL) 
• Software engineering fundamentals: version control systems (i.e. Git, Github) and workflows, and ability to write production-ready code. 
• Experience deploying highly scalable software supporting millions or more users 
• Experience building applications on cloud  (AWS or Azure) 
• Experience working in scrum teams with Agile tools like JIRA

What you bring: 

 

Knowledge / Experience

 

• 3-5 Years of hands-on experience on Java with knowledge of Garbage Collector, JMS, Event Based programming, Collections, Java Streams, Spring Dependency Injection Framework.
• Experience in Angular 2+.
• Experience working with Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
• Working knowledge on application Servers (WildFly)
• Strong experience in REST Web Services.
• Good knowledge in writing DB queries (Oracle, SQL Server)
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environment and proven knowledge of scripting languages
• Exposure to MQ / AMQ messaging system.
• Sound knowledge of Design Patterns
