Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support SAP Basis/ALM solutions
- Provide technical expertise in a customer-facing role
- Analyze complex requirements and provide system solutions
- Design, customize, configure, and test SAP systems
- Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and the technical team
- Perform performance monitoring, tuning, and problem resolution
- Assist in SAP upgrades, system refresh, and system copy activities
- Manage SAP parameter changes, operation modes, and logon groups
- Administer SAP databases (HANA, MSSQL, DB2, Oracle)
- Handle incident, problem, and change management processes
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as needed
- Mentor junior team members and document processes and solutions
Required Knowledge/Skills:
- 6-8 years of experience as a Basis consultant handling ECC/S4HANA on Linux and Windows
- Experience with mid-sized SAP upgrades and system refresh/copy
- Knowledge of AS JAVA Stack and SAP Fiori
- HANA installation and administration experience
- Proficiency in add-on and support pack application and troubleshooting
- TMS administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
- SAP role-based authorization knowledge
- Spool administration and troubleshooting printer issues
- Ability to work in shifts and handle high-priority issues
- Strong understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes
Qualifications:
- Degree or similar qualification
- SAP certification preferred
