Experience Required:

Strong BFSI background (hardcore BFSI mandatory)

Proven experience in operations management within BFSI

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and

relationship-building.

 Understand client needs and present tailored HKKR Finserv that drive value and meet their

specific goals.

 Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the benefits of our

Company.

 Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the

process.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that align with sales

objectives.

 Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to

effectively position our products in the market.

 Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring they are maximizing the value of our

organization .

 Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system, tracking progress against

targets.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

 A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

1. Create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in your respective areas of operation

1. To work directly with the distributor and the sales executives in designing and implementing key marketing campaigns.

1. To actively engage yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a

daily/weekly basis.

1. To look after smooth functioning and supply chain of the authorized distributor under your

periphery.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Responsibilities

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Good working knowledge of PHP MVC web frameworks (Symfony or Codeigniter or Laravel)
• Proficiency in JavaScript (or jQuery) programming.
• Relational database skills with MySQL
• Understanding of responsive CSS design frameworks such as Bootstrap.

What you need to have: 

• Experience in defining new architectures, design all layers of the solution, create architectural blueprints that can be used for final code development.

Technical Skills and Qualification

• Excellent knowledge of Web technologies, Java, Javascript, Contact center environment.
• Experience of current technologies including Open Source, J2EE (JSP, Servlet, JSP, etc.), web application development, web services (REST/SOAP/XML), Rich Internet Applications, messaging infrastructures and databases.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and applications.
• Should be comfortable for 40%-60% coding.
• Able to convert requirements into executable code
• 9 to 12 yrs experience
• Qualification: BE/B-Tech /MCA or any equivalent degree
