Location: Baner, Pune (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support SAP Basis/ALM solutions
Provide technical expertise in a customer-facing role
Analyze complex requirements and provide system solutions
Design, customize, configure, and test SAP systems
Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and the technical team
Perform performance monitoring, tuning, and problem resolution
Assist in SAP upgrades, system refresh, and system copy activities
Manage SAP parameter changes, operation modes, and logon groups
Administer SAP databases (HANA, MSSQL, DB2, Oracle)
Handle incident, problem, and change management processes
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as needed
Mentor junior team members and document processes and solutions

Required Knowledge/Skills:

6-8 years of experience as a Basis consultant handling ECC/S4HANA on Linux and Windows
Experience with mid-sized SAP upgrades and system refresh/copy
Knowledge of AS JAVA Stack and SAP Fiori
HANA installation and administration experience
Proficiency in add-on and support pack application and troubleshooting
TMS administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
SAP role-based authorization knowledge
Spool administration and troubleshooting printer issues
Ability to work in shifts and handle high-priority issues
Strong understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes

Qualifications:

Degree or similar qualification
SAP certification preferred
