As a Software Engineer (.Net Core), you will work on both the back-end and front-end of systems. This means you can develop fully fledged platforms (with databases, servers and clients) which don’t need other applications to function. This includes using a range of different technologies and languages (such as ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML) to develop applications for both user experience and functionality.

We are looking for a Junior System Administrator (VoIP) / Telephony Engineer (Telecommunications) to join our Telebu's Communications engineering Team. The Telebuin will develop, implement and support IP Telephony related technologies including and not limited to IP Telephony, IVR platforms, Conferencing solutions, Voice engineering integration, Voice over IP (VoIP), Session Border Controllers (SBC), Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), WebRTC, and Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) gateways.
Responsibilities:
- Install & maintain Freeswtich and other SIP servers.
- Administration of SIP and Media Servers, Network/Protocol level debugging and testing, Contact center solutions, Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems.
- Provide IP Telephony and VoIP Subject Matter Expertise for Company and Company's managed service providers, manages 3rd party telecom carriers and providers.
Requirements:
- 3 years of hands-on industry experience in telecommunications
- Strong conceptualize knowledge and experience with telephony protocols like SIP, SDP, RTP, SRTP and audio/video codecs.
- In-depth working experience with Kamailio, Freeswitch, Any of the SIP stack (Sofia, reSIProcate, PJSIP, etc.), and Linux
- Experience in using the VoIP testing tools like Wireshark, VoIPMonitor, SIPp, SIPCapture, Homer etc.
- Strong understanding of implementing various network setups (Private VPNs, multi-zone secure connectivity etc)
Nice to have:
- Experience with virtualization/container related technologies (Xen, VMware vSphere / ESXi, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Hands on writing production quality code using any of the scripting languages like Python, Go, Erlang etc.
- Working knowledge in any NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra etc.

Job Summary:
Telebu Communications is hiring three (3) Technical Support Engineers (L1/L2) to join our night shift support team. The ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of experience in application support, with a solid understanding of system administration basics. This is a full-time, office-based role in Hyderabad, involving rotational shifts including weekends, aligned to US hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support for enterprise applications, ensuring smooth performance and minimal downtime.
- Respond to user queries and technical issues via tickets, calls, or chats within defined SLAs.
- Troubleshoot application-level errors, configuration issues, login/access problems, and usage concerns.
- Monitor system alerts, logs, and performance dashboards to proactively identify issues.
- Perform routine health checks and validation for applications and basic infrastructure.
- Support incident and change management processes; document RCA and resolution steps.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, and DevOps teams for issue escalation and resolution.
- Perform basic server-level troubleshooting, user access control, and patch deployments.
- Maintain internal knowledge base, documentation, and SOPs for recurring support tasks.
- Assist with deployments, updates, and minor configuration changes during off-hours.
Required Skills:
- 2–4 years of experience in application support (L1/L2).
- Good troubleshooting skills for web-based applications and enterprise tools.
- Basic understanding of system administration (Windows/Linux environments).
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Freshdesk, Zendesk).
- Basic networking and DB support knowledge (e.g., ability to run queries, take backups).
- Clear communication skills for effective issue resolution and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to manage priorities, handle pressure, and work independently during night shifts.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in production support for SaaS or enterprise software.
