Technical Project Manager :- We are looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for handling our company's multiple ongoing projects. - You will be working closely with your team members & customers resources/teams to ensure that all project deadlines, requirements, and schedules are on track. - Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.Project Manager Responsibilities :- Delivering the project as per the SOW and raising a change request for any deviations.- Coordinating with cross discipline team members and customers resources to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.- Identification of project risks and developing mitigation strategies.- Creation and maintaining of RACI matrix.- Understanding the dependencies and scheduling tasks appropriately based on estimates.- Identification of resource needs for the project and customer's teams contribution/needs.- Conducting meetings effectively. Sending out meeting minutes for all project level meeting and following up on completion of meetings objectives.- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve barriers/roadblocks.- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.- Obtaining customer sign-off of project deliverables.
