MTX Group Inc. is seeking motivated Project Managers to join our team. MTX Group Inc. is a global implementation partner enabling organizations to become fit enterprises. MTX provides expertise across various platforms and technologies, including Google Cloud, Salesforce, artificial intelligence/machine learning, data integration, data governance, data quality, analytics, visualization and mobile technology. MTX’s very own Artificial Intelligence platform, mavQ, enables clients to accelerate processes and critical decisions by leveraging a Cognitive Decision Engine, a collection of purpose-built Artificial Neural Networks designed to leverage the power of Machine Learning. The mavQ Platform includes Smart Asset Detection and Monitoring, Chatbot Services, Document Verification, to name a few.
Eligibility:
- 7-12 Years of Project Management experience
- PMP certification is a must
- Prince2 / CSM is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Customer facing role & owns the entire project lifecycle from initiation through closure by establishing a project plan & milestones
- Monitors and manages project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure the project stays on track for assigned client projects
- Drives the implementation of high-quality cloud solutions by closely engaging with all project team members (Tech Leads, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, etc)
- Acts as a primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project
- Facilitates or co-leads with customer project manager on regular status meetings with the project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders
- Generates and distributes weekly status reports to various stakeholders at various forums
- Prepare weekly financial summary and take care of management reporting to track cost and ensure the financial health of the project
- Proactively identify and manage issues/risks throughout the project
- Provides mentoring and guidance to project team members
- Manage project dependencies, represent project in a various cross-project forum
- Procure project team; establish necessary team procedures
- Participates actively in CoEs, Discussion forums, advocates the use of MTX best practices
What you will bring:
- Any recognized Project Management Certification as mentioned in eligibility criteria.
- Hands-on experience in delivering/leading a project delivery
- Expertise in using project management tools like Smartsheets, Lucid charts, Google Apps, MS Office, etc
- Hands-on experience of various software delivery methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc
- Hands-on experience of basic data tools like Excel, Google Sheets etc
- Understanding of various project contract types like time and material, fixed-price, etc.
- Flexibility to support and meet onshore client expectations
- Should be able to work and support clients located in EST time zones

The Senior Consultant (SDFC) role is responsible for Leading a Development Team. This role adheres to and promotes MTX Group, Inc’s company’s values by performing respective duties in a manner that supports and contributes to the achievement of MTX Group, Inc’s company’s goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop end to end Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web components, Lightning Aura components, Force.com APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, components etc
- Play a technical lead role in evaluating new CRM technologies/add-ons and developing plans for their implementation into Salesforce org
- Provide technical support for existing custom APEX code being used on the Force.com platform
- Integrate applications with salesforce leveraging SOAP/REST-based solutions
- Train other development resources on Salesforce development practices
- Maintain alignment with Salesforce development best practices
- Build future integration points between Salesforce and Custom Applications
What you will bring:
- 4+ years of extensive experience in Apex and Lightning development
- 1+ Years of experience in LWC
- Prior experience of working as technical lead on the projects
- Skills: Lightning Web Components, Lightning Aura components, Bitbucket / Continuous Integration, Jenkins, Modern Javascript, Salesforce Lightning Design System(SLDS)
- Hands-on experience with Web services and integration
- Extensive experience in developing Lightning Components - both within the Salesforce Lightning Design System and by writing custom Lightning Components
- Strong communication skills -- both verbal and written
- Experience creating Workflow, process builder and Approval process
- Experience with developing data models within Salesforce
- Understanding of UX and UI design principles
- Experience with interacting with external systems via Salesforce callout
- Good experience of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) and SOSL (Salesforce Object Search Language)
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Services & community cloud modules
- Should have exposure to version control and continuous integration via Bitbucket or Github

- Creative translation of business needs into a conceptual, logical and physical architecture design of the solution
- Collaboration with the technical teams needed to deliver the design
- Leading architecture and design competency for the automation technology stack
- Strategic direction for maximizing simplification and re-use lowering overall TCO
- Creation of solutions which adhere to Enterprise Architecture, Development, and Information Risk Management standards and policies
- Collaboration with developers and engineering teams resolving the most challenging tasks ensuring the proposed design is properly implemented.
- Proactively identify and address technical strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats across the automation landscape
- Strategy for managing the changes to the architecture (new business needs, technology changes, etc.)
- Explain architecture standards and recommendation to business partners and drive alignment
What you will bring:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the IT field, at least 3 years in IT architecture
- Solid experience as solution and platform architect, providing technical leadership and guidance designing enterprise software.
- Proven track record at managing multiple projects in fast paced cross-functional team environment.
- 1+ year year experience working with chatbots is a plus
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
- Working knowledge of Machine Learning, techniques, algorithms, natural language processing
- Certifications in multiple cloud platforms is ideal
- 2+ years of experience working in an Agile Scrum / DevOps development methodology.

What you will bring:
- 4-6 years of Experience

- Experience in Computer Vision techniques and image detection neural network models like semantic segmentation, instance segmentation, object detection, etc
- In-depth understanding of benchmarking, parallel computing, distributed computing, machine learning, and AI
- Programming experience in one or more of the following: Python, C, C++, C#, Java, R, and toolkits such as Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, Caffe, MxNet, SciPy, SciKit, etc
- Ability to perform research that is justified and guided by business opportunities
- Demonstrated successful implementation if industry grade AI solutions in the past
- Ability to lead a team of AI engineers in an agile development environment
