Position Summary

The Senior HR Executive - People Experience will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional employee experiences across onboarding, recruitment, engagement, and HRMS management. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively to ensure processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with CNH’s core values.

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding

• Coordinate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to deliver induction programs.
• Facilitate documentation, verification, and orientation sessions for new employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during onboarding.

2. Recruitment

• Manage recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollouts.
• Partner with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
• Maintain a talent pipeline by leveraging social media platforms, job portals, and referral programs.
• Conduct pre-employment checks and reference verifications to ensure quality hiring.

3. Employee Engagement

• Design and implement programs that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and retention.
• Plan and execute initiatives such as town halls, team-building activities, and feedback surveys.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide resolution to concerns in a timely manner.
• Analyze engagement metrics to recommend and implement improvements.

4. HRMS Management

• Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of employee data in the HRMS system.
• Ensure data security and compliance with data protection regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in HR functions, including onboarding, recruitment, employee engagement, and HRMS.
• Proficient in HRMS tools, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Skills:

Experience with Cassandra, including installing configuring and monitoring a Cassandra cluster.

Experience with Cassandra data modeling and CQL scripting. Experience with DataStax Enterprise Graph

Experience with both Windows and Linux Operating Systems. Knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework (C#, NETCore).

Required qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 3 years of prior working experience as a react.js developer.

• Create Video Content for User Acquisition and User Engagement. Marketing Videos, Educational Videos and Training Videos.
• An expert at telling a story through visual design, editing raw video footage, and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
• Ability to fully understand the marketing team's needs and specifications
• Create and follow an editorial calendar and collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of the videos
• Ensure strict adherence to the style guides, tone, and voice of the company

Job Description

Arré is looking for a sharp creative mind that lives on social media and can create/collaborate on diverse, multiformat, multimedia storytelling in a distinctive and unique voice, catering to the urban genz.

• The job entails an end-to-end ownership of Arré social media channels and all content (whether produced by Arré, Arré Studio, or any of the upcoming verticals of Arré) published on social media (FB, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin, Snapchat, Substack etc.)
• Ideating on the content calender with the creative team. The social media person will be looked upon to provide on-point insights into social content trends
• Executing posts and copies, ensuring consistency of the Arré tone of voice
• Tracking of metrics - followers, engagement
• Where required, be able to run promotional campaigns on the social media platforms
• Active contribution into the development of a short-format content slate including collaboration with other social pages, talent and influencers
• Tracking opportunities for Arré to enter awards/ competitions for its content
• Working with Arré’s partners (OTT platforms) where required to collaborate on promotional activities on shows from Arré Studio
