JOB PROFILE:

Education: BE Civil

Experience: Years : 6 to 8 years

Area: Strong QS & Billing knowledge with an exposure to

Planning

Key Skills:

1)Planning

    Prepare master project schedule

    Keep project team updated on the progress versus timelines

    Tracking all schedules weekly

    Identify actual and potential slippages and prepare recovery plans

2)Document Control

    Maintain records for all documents pertaining to the site – drawing transmittals, DBR, MOM, approvals etc

    Organize and conduct review meetings

    Preparing & circulating weekly & monthly progress report

3)QS &Billing

    Valuation of works done periodically and certification of all vendor bills

    Track cost variation in order value

    Monitor basic price of various materials and track budgets

    Monitor and report cost performance through Earned Value

Other Skills: 

Job Responsibilities:
Discussion with customer/project team to understand the requirements
Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional and business specifications (BRD / SRS Preparation)
Requirement walk-through and getting requirement sign-off from the customer
Analyzing the requirements of the clients and converting them into technical documents as per the specifications
