The Site Lead plays a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing transportation services for employees, ensuring their safe and timely commutes to and from the workplace. Key Responsibilities: Transportation Management: • Oversee and manage all aspects of transportation logistics for the site • Ensure timely and efficient transportation arrangements for team members and resources Team Handling and Management: • Lead and manage the entire team, ensuring effective coordination and performance • Address team-related issues, provide guidance, and foster a positive working environment Site Operations Handling: • Take full responsibility for managing and overseeing all site operations • Ensure that all site activities are conducted smoothly and in accordance with company standards and regulations Communication Skills (Written and Verbal): • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders • Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication in both written correspondence and verbal interactions Email Correspondence: • Draft and send professional emails to clients and internal teams • Manage and respond to email communications promptly and accurately to ensure efficient information flow Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in any stream however preferred transportation management, logistics, or a related field • Previous experience in transportation coordination or management is a plus • Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in using transportation management software and tools. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with R&D teams and incorporate blockchain into the development and design of solutions that employ cross-asset frameworks and concepts
• Leadership abilities in order to provide the team with the correct direction to ensure that the correct solution is implemented with tremendous success.
• Build performance indicators to assess the performance of the Blockchain.
• Preparation of a risk and failure analysis and risk prevention plan.
• Train and advise technical employees on Blockchain tools and frameworks, Blockchain principles, and so forth.

Required Skills:

• Worked on new technologies and develop performance standards for appraising any new solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of blockchain architectural concepts and the development of storage solutions.
• He shall have a solid understanding of Blockchain foundations, consensus algorithms, and smart contracts

• Testing and sampling products (Raw, Semi Finished and Finished Products), ensuring they meet set standards and specifications

Desired Candidate Profile

• BSc. or MSc. or B. Tech (Chemistry/ DT / FT/ Micro /BT)
• Experience in Food Safety Process, audits, corrective actions
• Good at reporting corrective actions taken at management review meetings
• Knowledge in creating a flow diagram for each product and process covered by Food Safety Management System
• Experience in reviewing all rejections by food inspector/quality officers and in submissions of reports
• Willingness to work 6 days as one rotational off either on Monday or Sunday
• Lead Auditor Training Certificate or work experience as FSTL or Food Safety Team Member

Requirements:

• Design and/or development experience with. NET, C#, ASP. NET, . Net Core, MVC, MVVM, WPF, Micro Services, React, AngularJS, jQuery, JavaScript, C3 D3 CSS, Azure Services in an n-tier architecture.
• Database design and development (Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL or MongoDB).
• React Native experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with Web Services and Service Oriented Architecture.
• Experience with concurrent development source control (Git) and continuous integration (Pipeline or Jenkins or Bamboo).
• Timely creation of appropriate documents e. g. Application Architecture, Database Schema, Sequence diagrams, Class diagrams, etc.
• Interpersonal communication and organisational skills required to operate as a contributing member of virtual teams that deliver quality services.
