We are looking for a creative person to join our team in Bangalore.

You will be part of our marketing team and you will report to Peliqan's marketing manager. Your role will be to create and maintain graphical material as well as video's.

Main role:

• Create ads for social media
• Create graphical elements for the website (diagrams, screenshots etc.)
• Design collateral (brochures, whitepapers)
• Maintain slide templates in Google Side & Canva
• Edit demo recordings and turn into production-ready videos
• Create short explainer videos

Requirements:

• You have a compelling portfolio of designs
• Experience working for a B2B Tech SaaS company is a plus
• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar
• Experience with Canva, Figma etc.
• You can showcase explainer videos that you have created

1. Excellent design coordination with Project Architects, Structural, MEP, Landscape, Environmental, Façade, etc. for planning and designing of high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality & Institutional projects.

2. Coordinating with legal, liaisoning, marketing, and sales departments to provide all necessary information like legal plans, sales plans, allotments, area statements, etc.

3. Coordinate with various agencies to get NOCs for sanctioning work.

4. Producing detailed drawings for the Execution team on time, monitoring & coordinate with the project team for smooth execution of work. Site checking & site coordination for projects.

5. Documentation, Fair Knowledge of NBC, Local Government Body Building rules, Fire Norms, Environment Norms, Rera and its documentation, Master plans, Land use & zoning.

6. Review construction documents to foresee prospective site issues and resolve them on the drawing board with all the consultants involved.

7. Coordination with the site team, vendors/contractors, and all stakeholders involved in the delivery of projects.

8. Managing and maintaining drawing deliverable records, and Safeguarding the project drawings & documents.

9. Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections & compile project specifications and Keep within budgets and timelines.

10. Following the latest materials, architectural trends, and advancements, an understanding of all aspects of the design.

Job Description:

We are looking for a good JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Responsibilities

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

• Hands on experience in building web-based enterprise applications
• Good working knowledge Angular, Nodejs, .Net Core
• Understanding of cloud technologies
• Direct understanding of application lifecycle; Agile, SDLC
• Proficient in Object Oriented Programming.
• Experience with Networking Concepts.
• Good at API integration, debugging and fixing the issues with API
• Experience in performing SQL queries on a RDMS.

• Fullstack technical expertise with 9+ years of experience in Angular 2+ Versions and NodeJS having led front-end development team.
• Work experience as Architect for 3 or more years. Able to set a tech road map for the entire product/project.
• Previous experience with systems integration projects

• Knowledge and experience in implementing commercial web applications
