As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning visuals across a wide range of media including digital, print, and video content. WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

• 1-4 years of design and work experience in visual design, including creating graphics and video content for digital and print media.
• Skilled in apt design tools like Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and After Effects with an eye for composition, color, design, space design, and details.
• Proven ability to create both static and motion-based ads (e.g., GIFs, Lottie animations)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital creative work, including examples of ad integration in digital environments.
• Use data - Check CTRs and revamp design basis the learnings.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Review Criteria

·       Strong Graphic Designer Profile

·       1+ years of experience in graphic design within B2C companies working across print and digital media

·       Proven experience designing marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, banners, standees, event signage, and sponsorship assets) and digital creative for social media and campaigns

·       Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma for design execution and collaboration.

·       Strong understanding of brand identity, visual hierarchy, and lead-generation design principles — ability to convert marketing objectives into impactful visuals.

·       Demonstrated portfolio including both print/event assets and digital/social creatives that show consistency, storytelling, and creativity.

·       (Company): B2C product (preferred fintech)

·       Preferred (Experience): Experience collaborating with marketing teams for on-ground events, sponsorships, and brand partnerships (designing assets for physical presence like booths, city events, etc.).

Designation: Graphics and Simulation Engineer

Description:

We are looking for engineers to work on applied research problems related to computer graphics in autonomous driving of electric tractors. The team works towards creating a universe of farm environments in which tractors can driver around for the purposes of simulation, synthetic data generation for deep learning training, simulation of edges cases and modelling physics.

Technical Skills:

● Background in OpenGL, OpenCL, graphics algorithms and optimization is necessary.

● Solid theoretical background in computational geometry and computer graphics is desired. Deep learning background is optional.

● Experience in two view and multi-view geometry.

● Necessary Skills: Python, C++, Boost, OpenGL, OpenCL, Unity3D/Unreal, WebGL, CUDA.

●  Academic experience for freshers in graphics is also preferred.

●  Experienced candidates in Computer Graphics with no prior Deep Learning experience willing to apply their knowledge to vision problems are also encouraged to apply.
