Role: Senior Communication Designer

Responsibilities: 

• Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics. 
• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery. 
• Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects. 
• Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met. 
• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality. 
• Generating fresh concepts. 
• Ensuring adherence to the brand guidelines and maintaining consistency throughout all designs from the team. 
• Reviewing each and every design for all the practices. 

Must have: 

• A graphic design qualification or similar 
• Portfolio with design projects 
• Proven work experience as a graphic designer 
• Working experience with image design tools (e.g. Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator) 
• A keen eye for visual details 
• Aesthetic skills 
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members 
• Communication skills to explain all the concepts 

Nice to have: 

• Experienced in leading a team 
• Closely worked with the marketing team to devise strategies 
• Understanding of digital marketing campaigns

Qualification: 

• A graphic design qualification or similar 

• 2+ years of .NET/ASP.NET (Win Forms, MVC, .NET Core, WEB API, SQL server)
• 2+ years using GIT source code repository.
• 2+ years working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• 2+ years’ experience with SQL within SQL Server Environment.
• Fast learner, self-sufficient, proactive and can work with little guidance.

Strong knowledge on Batch monitoring and scheduling experience of any of Control-M, autosys, D-Series scheduler tools. ?Build and validate job flows, calendar requirements, and scheduling criteria. ?Must be able to analyze business requirements procedures and problems to smooth migration of jobs flows and scheduled systems ?Should actively involve for any batch related issue and provide the fix before SLA. ?Knowledge of ITSM tools like service now, JIRA & Incident/Change Request process. ?Willing to provide the 24/7 support ?Ability to work on Mass schedule changes without any scheduling issue. ?Should perform Holiday schedule changes. ?Should know how to define or change the report. Analyzing schedule dependencies and interfacing with application support teams. Scheduling different kinds of batch production job flows including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly yearly schedules. Scheduling setting up testing jobs for the scheduling test system. Process Skills: ?Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive Interest in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems. ?Should be able to provide training and KT to staff members of Control-M. ?Knowledge of Incident and Change management process as per ITIL. ?On-call support and handling issues as per business priority Behavioral Skills: Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project. Key Job Duties & Responsibilities :

- Design, implement and maintain robust network infrastructures connecting all locations to deliver secure, high availability (>99.9%) network services throughout a global environment.

- Recommend, develop, collaborate, and support adherence to network standards, policies, and procedures in accordance with best practices.

- Implement and support networking solutions according to II-VI Incorporated standards and industry best practices.

- Assist and consult with systems and network professionals, including those at other II-VI sites, on networking initiatives, technologies, and compatibility between sites.

- Lead network infrastructure efforts (LAN and WAN) to include project planning, quality implementation and administration.

- Work with outside vendors to provide a stable network environment.

- Ensure continuous network operations through the design and implementation of resilient services and appropriate failover capabilities.

- Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure network infrastructure resiliency and recoverability.

- Participate in the validation and periodic testing of recovery procedures.

Skills/Qualifications (include Education, Skills & Experience) :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science\related area or equivalent work experience and knowledge.

- 7 - 10 years of experience in network and telephony planning, design, and management for a global company.

- Cisco route & switch CCNP certifications are required.

- Voice and/or security certifications are preferred.

- Possess expert knowledge of network and data communication protocols and technologies.

- Able to design, implement and support converged networks with voice, data, video and wireless access.

- Must be able to scale upwards and adopt newer technologies that include converged infrastructure, software defined networks, and application delivery.

- Possess proficient knowledge and practical experience in the design and management of dynamic network routing and switching; wireless networking; implementation and support of VoIP technologies and videoconferencing.

- Experience with Cisco technologies, Check Point firewalls, Palo Alto and F5 equipment is preferred.

- Strong vendor management experience desired.

- The candidate should have good communication and troubleshooting skills to manage MPLS, telecom, and data providers.

- Excellent customer service skills including telephone techniques, listening skills, sense of urgency and enthusiasm.

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with end-users, IT professionals and management.

- Demonstrated skills in network project planning and management, documentation, problem-solving and work prioritization.

- Proven technical project management and documentation skills.

- Must be both team-oriented and self-motivated.

- Willing to travel, domestic and international.
