Role Overview

We are looking for passionate Backend Engineers with strong Golang experience to join our engineering team and build scalable, high-performance distributed systems.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable microservices using Golang

• Build high-performance backend systems with low latency and high availability

• Develop RESTful APIs and event-driven services

• Work with Kafka and distributed system architectures

• Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker & Kubernetes

• Optimize system performance, database queries, and backend reliability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

 Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Golang (Go)

• Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture

• Good understanding of Distributed Systems & Concurrency

• Experience with Kafka / Event-Driven Architecture

• AWS cloud exposure (EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS/ECS, etc.)

• Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/CI-CD knowledge

• Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or DynamoDB

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

🔹 Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter framework for cross-platform mobile app development (Android & iOS).
• Solid experience in PHP (Laravel / CodeIgniter preferred) for backend development.
• Proficient in creating and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of MySQL / PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience with version control tools (Git, GitHub, GitLab).

We are looking for a PHP Developer with knowledge of the laravel framework and a minimum of 2+ years of work experience in developing PHP-based applications for the specified designs and standards.

* Developing web solutions in PHP/Laravel on the LAMP stack

* Understanding the eCommerce domain and working in close proximity with the Business Owners to discuss requirements and quickly prototype business ideas into applications

* Make the best use of the ORM capability of Laravel and develop project solutions that are independent of the hosting environment and underlying database

* Integrations with 3rd party tools and services

* Troubleshooting and resolution of website performance issues

* Hands-on experience in Core PHP, Laravel, HTML, CSS

* Must be capable to handle projects alone.

* Should have handled projects in Agile methodology

Must haves 

• At least 3 years of professional programming experience in Ruby on Rails.
• Solid fundamentals with software development, systems, troubleshooting, and teamwork
• Strong testing habits, passionate towards unit testing and TDD. 
• Good understanding of RDBMS like MySQL, PostgreSQL 
• Strong knowledge of git 
• Good understanding of data structures 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
