Social Media Management:

● Own and execute end-to-end content calendars across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

● Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and creative teams to produce high-impact posts, stories, and reels.

● Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and optimize content strategies based on insights.

Video Content & Creative Strategy:

● Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content such as Reels, YouTube Shorts, product demos, and campaign creatives.

● Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines while maintaining high creative and engagement standards.

● Stay updated with industry trends and continuously introduce fresh, innovative content ideas.

Who You Are:

● A creative and strategic content professional with 5+ years of experience in content, social media, or influencer marketing.

● Experienced in leading and managing teams (10+ members) while driving content execution and performance.

● Skilled in storytelling with a strong visual sense and understanding of digital-first brand communication.

● Highly organized with strong communication and project management skills.

● Experienced in working with influencers, creators, and cross-functional teams.

● Deeply aware of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior.

● Passionate about creating engaging content within health, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or D2C brands.

Role Description

Need a graphic designer who should be able to conceptualise campaigns and execute eye-catching and professional email designs. With the desire to learn organisational and business values, they should be able to determine the requirements and produce exceptional work.

Responsibilities

1. Understand the brief, participate in brainstorming and produce creative designs that result in an engaging consumer journey.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team and copywriters to understand the exact requirements and expectations.
3. Be a great team player and coordinate with other design teams to seek and provide design assistance.
4. Use proficient creative software skills to create variety of static and motion graphics for communication design.
5. Learn business requirements and organisational values to adapt the same in designs.
6. Understand how creatives are performing via analysing performance data, and incorporate the same understanding into subsequest creatives.

Requirements

Strong Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Excellent visual design skills in both static and basic motion graphics.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and Adobe XD will be advantageous.

• Ability to present your designs and defend your solutions to various stakeholders.

• 2-4 years of experience as a graphic designer in a relevant field. Good layout designing skills and sense of colour usage.

• E-commerce background is a plus point.

Professional written and interpersonal skills.

• Understanding the Beauty Space is a plus.

• Experienced in determining requirements and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to understand their vision for various projects
• Day-to-Day content development for all marketing initiatives: Stories, Posts, emails, paid ads, website content, blogs, Whatsapp communication
• Translate marketing briefs into meaningful and impactful content
• Work with the marketing team to produce the final design.
• Understand the brand design language and use the appropriate colors and layouts.
• Design packaging collaterals 
• Develop reels and gifs 
• Conceptualize and Design marketing collateral for campaigns and events

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design and video editing software

Scope:

We are looking for someone to work closely with the Ecommerce and Marketing teams on producing beautiful, unique and engaging design executions across all brand channels including Nykaa’s social media, newsletters, affiliate and print. We are looking for someone who is ideas-led and can apply intelligent, creative thinking to a range of different mediums. The right person needs to ensure that our digital creative product remains leading edge and that the quality of our delivery is upheld.

• Working on a weekly basis, to design and produce the homepage, site banners, social media graphics and partner campaigns
• Ensure designs are consistent across all of our online communications
• Have an outstanding attention to detail and a keen eye for razor sharp design
• Continually maintain awareness of customer behaviour to maximise sales online
• Working on enhancements to the site as well as suggesting new editorial designs
• Offline design as and when required
• Good appreciation of Clean, simple, image rich, usable interfaces
• Broaden and enhance knowledge by keeping up to date with digital innovations and competitors
• Being a brand ambassador ensuring that all touch points are protected and are in line with the creative vision
