This is a startup inside a startup. You own one product's entire GTM motion — strategy, creative, campaigns, landing pages, leads, and sales handoff. There are no designers, no developers, no copywriters waiting in the wings. AI is your team. You are the operator. If you need someone to assign you tasks, this isn't for you.
What You Are Walking Into
Infosec Ventures is a cybersecurity SaaS incubator. We build and scale products — HumanFirewall.io, EmailAuth.io, BugsBounty.com, SecurityRating.com, and others — targeting CISOs, IT security teams, and enterprise buyers across global markets.
We are scaling a bench of solo GTM operators. Each person owns one product entirely. You are not a cog in a marketing department. You are the marketing department for your product. The brief is simple: take it to market, generate pipeline, and help close revenue. Everything between those two points is yours to figure out and execute.
There is no 9-to-5 here. There is only the outcome. You will experiment constantly, fail fast, learn faster, and keep moving. If you are solution-oriented, self-directed, and hungry to build something real — read on.
- Strategy - ICP, positioning, funnel design
- Creative - Ads, copy, pages, visuals
- Launch - Campaigns, targeting, budget
- Monitor - Track, optimise, A/B test
- Sales Bridge - MQL → SQL, assist to close
- Iterate - Learn, rebuild, repeat
What You Must Own
GTM Strategy & Positioning Must Own
- Define the ICP, craft the value proposition, and map buyer journeys for your assigned product — independently, without briefing decks handed to you.
- Build the full-funnel GTM plan: awareness through acquisition through conversion. Own the calendar. Own the decisions.
- Identify the highest-leverage growth levers per channel cycle and act on them immediately.
- Research global market segments, competitive positioning, and entry-point opportunities for outbound and inbound motion.
Creative Production · AI-Powered, Fully Self-Executed Must Own
- Generate all ad creatives, social graphics, and visual assets using AI image tools — Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or equivalent.
- Write all ad copy, email sequences, landing page copy, lead magnets, and campaign messaging from scratch — with AI assistance and your editorial judgement on top.
- Build and publish conversion-optimised landing pages and lead capture forms independently using no-code tools — Webflow, Framer, HubSpot, or similar. No developer required.
- Produce short-form video concepts, reel scripts, and explainer outlines using AI scripting tools as and when needed.
Campaign Execution · Performance, Growth & Lead Gen Must Own
- Set up, launch, and manage paid and organic campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing — independently from targeting to creative upload to budget management.
- Drive lead generation through performance marketing, growth experiments, and outbound sequences — owning CPL and MQL targets.
- Configure tracking, UTMs, pixel events, and attribution from day one. No shortcuts; no sloppy data.
- Run continuous A/B tests on headlines, visuals, CTAs, and landing page variants. Document hypotheses and outcomes every single cycle.
- Build the marketing tech stack from scratch — there is no existing infrastructure. You choose the tools; you make them work together.
Lead Nurture, MQL → SQL & Sales Assist Revenue-Critical
- Own the full lead funnel — from form fill to CRM entry to qualification logic to handoff to sales.
- Build and maintain automated lead nurture sequences that move prospects from awareness to intent.
- Use AI enrichment and scoring tools to qualify inbound leads before routing them to the sales team.
- Actively assist the sales team in converting MQLs to SQLs — you are not done when the lead lands; you are done when it closes.
- Track MQL-to-SQL conversion rate weekly. Own it like a revenue metric, not a marketing stat.
Monitoring, Reporting & Relentless Optimisation Core Habit
- Check campaign performance daily. Optimise in real time — don't wait for weekly reviews.
- Produce a weekly GTM performance report for leadership — metrics, decisions made, next experiments queued.
- Maintain a live experiment log: hypothesis → test → result → action taken.
- Reallocate budget and effort away from underperforming channels with documented reasoning.
Who Are We Looking For?
- 1–3 years of real, hands-on GTM, performance marketing, or growth experience — where you owned an outcome, not just supported one.
- Currently using AI tools in your day-to-day professional work — not experiments, not personal projects, actual production work.
- Someone who reads about a tool on Monday and has it deployed in a workflow by Friday.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity. You don't need a playbook handed to you, you write the playbook.
- B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, enterprise tech, or adjacent vertical experience is a strong advantage — but a proven GTM operator with the right mindset will always beat a domain expert who can't execute.
- Strong written communication in English — your copy, emails, and campaign assets will reach global enterprise audiences.
- A genuine experimenter's mindset: hypothesise → test → measure → iterate. You don't need to be right every time. You need to move fast and learn faster.
Skills You Must Bring
AI Tool Fluency — Not Familiarity
Daily, working use of LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), AI image tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E), and automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n). You use these to ship real work — not demos.
Prompt Engineering
Structured multi-step prompts for creative, copy, research, and reporting tasks. You have a prompt library. You iterate on it. You can demonstrate it live in an interview.
Paid Campaigns — LinkedIn & Google
End-to-end independent management: audience setup, creative upload, bidding, daily optimisation. You have done this solo, not in support of someone else.
Email Marketing & Sequencing
Experience building drip sequences, nurture flows, and cold outbound campaigns. Familiarity with deliverability, segmentation, and A/B testing subject lines and CTAs.
Growth & Performance Marketing
You think in experiments: traffic → conversion → retention levers. You've run growth loops, tested acquisition channels, and know your unit economics — CPL, CAC, LTV basics.
No-Code Landing Page Building
You can take a brief from your own head and publish a functional, conversion-optimised landing page with a working lead form in a few hours — solo, no developer.
Analytics & Tracking Setup
GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads dashboard, UTM frameworks. You build your own dashboards. You make decisions from data — not gut alone.
Task Automation & Workflow Building
You automate the repeatable: lead routing, report generation, social scheduling, email triggers. You build systems instead of to-do lists.
How We Measure You
You will be evaluated on a mix of metrics — not one vanity number. These are the outcomes you own:
- MQL Volume - Qualified leads generated from campaigns per month
- MQL → SQL Rate - of your leads that convert to sales-qualified pipeline
- Pipeline Value - Revenue opportunity attributed to your GTM activity
- CPL / ROAS - Efficiency of paid spend — cost per lead and return on ad spend
Budget management is yours after a structured ramp-up period. In the first phase, you build the strategy, creative, and funnels — budget decisions are jointly reviewed until trust is established through results.
