Job Description

We are looking for a MIS Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, MIS reporting, and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Generate accurate reports and dashboards for management review
• Analyze large sets of data and present meaningful insights
• Use VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas for data analysis
• Develop and maintain Excel macros / VBA automation
• Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reporting requirements
• Create and update trackers, performance reports, and management dashboards
• Support business teams with ad-hoc reporting and analysis

Required Skills

Qualification

Manage bookkeeping activities including bank reconciliation and journal entries.

 Prepare and lodge BAS (Business Activity Statements).

 Handle payroll processing in compliance with Australian regulations.

 Perform year-end accounts finalization.

 Prepare and assist in tax return filings (Individual/Corporate).

 Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with Australian standards.

 Work closely with internal teams and clients for smooth execution of tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 3–6 years of experience in Australian Accounting & Taxation.

 Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, BAS, payroll, and tax returns.

 Hands-on experience in Xero and MYOB.

 Good communication skills in Hindi and English (both mandatory).

 Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• 3-5 years of experience in web application development using Node.js

• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of web protocols and technologies such as HTTP, REST, and WebSockets
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and SQL databases like MySQL, SQLite, PostgreSQL
• Experience with Git and version control
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Adaptability to rapid change

Good to have:

• Experience with GraphQL and Apollo
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing frameworks
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven architecture
• Familiarity with cloud-based development tools such as AWS Lambda and Azure Functions
• Familiarity with load balancing, caching, and performance optimisation techniques
• Experience working with remote teams and communicating effectively with remote stakeholders.
