As a Customer Success Executive, you'll be the strategic partner to our clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, fostering long-term engagement, and driving measurable impact through our EdTech products/services. We are seeking a highly experienced Unica Architect with 8+ years of expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing Unica solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in architecting scalable and high-performing Unica-based marketing automation platforms, integrating Unica with enterprise systems, and driving best practices in campaign management, data strategy, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design:

·      Design and develop end-to-end Unica Campaign, Unica Interact, Unica Journey, and Unica Plan solutions.

·      Define best practices for campaign orchestration, segmentation, and personalization using Unica.

·      Architect scalable Unica environments ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
