We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Planning professional to manage project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. The role involves maintaining and updating project planning templates including milestones, deliverables, risk logs, and dependency trackers. You will be responsible for driving regular review cadences (weekly/fortnightly), stakeholder meetings, and ensuring clear communication with clients including MOMs, scope changes, and escalations. The candidate will identify bottlenecks, manage internal and external dependencies, and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination. Additionally, the role requires maintaining visibility across projects, managing escalation matrices, and supporting timeline renegotiations when required. Strong organizational skills, communication, and proficiency in Excel and PPT are essential.

- M.B.A or equivalent in sales and marketing with a B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical, Electronics or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and enterprise systems integration.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- An analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with capital markets concepts such as trade lifecycle, securities
- settlement, depositories, custodians, and regulations will be an advantage.
