Business Analyst

● Understanding of Information Technology and business concepts

● Work with client to define high level requirements and capture their business needs

● Partner with the development team to understand and articulate the product vision of clients

● Collaborate with teammates to analyze and design the business requirements

● Analyze the as is situation and collaborate with clients

● Be an effective liaison between the client and the team to manage the product backlog and

keep an eye on the software delivery

● Well versed with Agile, Lean and Continuous delivery methodologies

● Must have exposure to functional testing

● Keep a track record for delivering impactful software with the collaboration of software

delivery team

● Should have agile/scrum/kanban experiences like backlog creation EPIC, Stories

creation and Sprint

Key Responsibilities

● Understand business requirements and create business specifications and solutioning

documents for the product

● Agile/Scrum - Epics, Story writing, Spring Planning (IPM), Retro, Backlog/Feature

management

● Understand how business operates and experience modeling business processes using

a different tools and techniques to ease requirement elicitation sessions

● Have a knack for resolving any conflicts as they arise

QA Automation

Key Requirements:

● Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium

● Previous experience working as a QA Automation Engineer.

● Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes

● Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases

● Advanced programming skills including automation systems and databases.

● Familiarity with programming script languages including Java.

● Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus

● Detailed knowledge of application functions, bug fixing, and testing protocols.

● Good written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

● Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely

and meaningful feedback

● Identifying software application weaknesses and target areas.

● Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases

● Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities

● Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs

● Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client

needs

● Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system

requirements

● Monitor debugging process results

● Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Responsibilities

• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)
• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
• Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
• Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
• Submit work to editors for input and approval
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• Promote content on social media
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Update website content as needed

Requirements and skills

• Proven 2-3 Years of work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
• Finance Domain preferred.
• Portfolio of published articles
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Familiarity with web publications
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
• Ability to meet deadlines

Bachelor or Master in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field

Responsibilities :

·  Customer Relationship Management

·   Incident Management. Manage ticket queue and resolve it in timely manner.

·   Analyzing the incidents and either responding to the end user with a solution or escalating it to the other IT teams.

·  Troubleshoot minor and major system problems in a timely manner and escalate to L3 support when necessary.

·  SLA Management

·  Develop and maintain accurate technical and user documentation.

·  Working with QA to ensure the quality and timing of new release deployments.

Skills/Experience :

·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and interest in learning new things will be the key.

·  Excellent interpersonal skills handling internal and external customers

·  About 3 years of professional experience in providing product support in leading BFSI sector organisations

·  Experience in any DB (SQL/noSQL)

• Design and develop new features using Full-stack development (Java/Spring/React/Angular/Mysql) for a cloud(AWS/others) and mobile product application in SOA/microservices architecture.
• Design awesome features and continuously improve them by exploring alternatives/technologies to make design improvements.
• Performance testing with Gatling (Scala).
• Work with CI/CD pipeline and tools (Docker, Ansible) to improve the build and deployment process.
• Working with QA to ensure the quality and timing of new release deployments.

Skills/Experience :

• Good coding/problem-solving skills and interest in learning new things will be the key.
• Time/Training will be provided to learn new technologies/tools.
• 1 or more years of professional experience in building web/mobile applications using Java or similar technologies (C#, Ruby, Python, Elixir, NodeJS).
• Experience in Spring Framework or similar frameworks.
• Experience in any DB (SQL/noSQL)
• Any experience in front-end development using React/Vue/Angular/similar frameworks.
• Any experience with Java/similar testing frameworks (JUnit/Mocks etc).
